This ended up just not being the case. While there were some weather days to consider this still took just over 3 weeks to complete and was just never done to satisfaction. His guys not only tracked mud all over the house but some of the team seemed great and did an amazing job in certain areas while others couldn't be bothered to even wet a rag to wipe the window tracks. This led to a back and forth with the owner as he believed that the invoice should still be paid even though the team wasn't done. He kept claiming that it didn't seem fair since the team had already done so much work. We responded that the work would be paid once the work was complete. We ended up paying part of the invoice and allowed the team to return to finish said work. Even after discussing the items that needed to be completed, like removing plastic from the windows, and showing them exactly all the spots they missed, they still went around the house barely cleaning. It was at this point they were told to leave and that we would just finish the cleaning ourselves. This service was supposed to leave us with windows that looked new and instead, we're cleaning bugs, debris, and other things from windows that they just skipped. At a 2k price tag, I expected better service and quality of work rather than combative communication and excuses that were aimed at other workers as the blame for why windows that weren't being opened had large chunks of debris still in them and no signs that any ever attempted to clean them. There was even an issue with them tracking mud into the house and up the walls at which point they lied and said that they didn't do it until later admitting they did. They also spilled a can of black paint on the wood floors and claimed they didn't do that either.

While their pricing was a bit higher than the mailers we often receive, their reviews were much stronger, and after getting four quotes, they ended up right in the middle. Hasan was excellent. He was on time, friendly, and took the time to do a thorough site walk before getting started. He completed everything exactly as discussed, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He even went the extra mile and replaced a pair of second-story floodlight bulbs that I couldn't reach. We'll definitely be calling Hasan again for future window and gutter maintenance. Alpine sent a large crew to clean windows after construction. To my horror I noticed multiple scratches on the glass after completion. The crew had been using razor blades to scrape the dirt off of the glass. When I questioned the owner about the razors, he stated that it would cost him too much to use glass cleaner and towels. Really?! Look what it cost me! I did not pay his $400 bill and when he threatened to place a lien I told him that I could take him to court for the price of the windows. He dropped it. I strongly advise against using this company if you care about protecting your home.
