Ok, these guys are good. First time using a professional window service for my home and I feel like throwing out my Windex. I don't know how they do it but my windows look invisible. Lee did the job and was fantastic - request him if you can, although I'm sure any of the crew is good. Great company doing a good service. BTW, they have other services they can do at a discounted rate but you have to catch'em while they are on site, like changing security lights (which I don't have a ladder tall enough for), chandelier cleaning (always a job I NEVER do), and fan cleaning, among other things. Not many companies I give 5 Stars to but Camelot is one of them. read more

Camelot's team leader, Anthony, along with co-worker, Daniel, was professional and personable. He and Daniel did a thorough cleaning of our gutters, hauled away the debris and reported to us afterward on the results of their test for any gutter stoppages. Israel arrived at our home right on time. He was very polite and checked to make sure he knew what we wanted him to do. He did a fabulous job and got finished in a very reasonable amount of time. Another company has been cleaning my gutters for the last two years and I have not been particularly pleased because they were not careful with my shrubs and the roof as they climbed around. Jaylon and Dillion were on time, and following a few questions, they began their work immediately. Dillion did the interior glass while Jaylon covered the exterior. Dillion placed the blinds & window shades in their exact previous positions, and Jaylon was diligent in navigating the shrubs & flowerbeds. Israel and Miguel were great! Absolutely punctual, polite, and efficient. My windows and screens are spotless, and my house looks beautiful. The extra mile was making sure that my screens were replaced correctly as they have latches on the inside of the window. The last company I used did not do that, and it was a pain for me to fix. Very professional owners. Hannah was so thorough during the coordination process. We chose "The Full Clean" window cleaning option which includes cleaning the inside, outside, screens, sills wiped, etc... Israel and his co-worker did an incredible job. Camelot Window Cleaning is superb. Matt and his team arrived a little early (which was sooo nice) and rolled. In just over an hour, upstairs and downstairs outside windows were done and sparkling PLUS the upstairs gutters were cleaned out. Roger, Oscar, and Wiliiam were great. They cleaned our gutters and windows and did a great job. They showed up on time and were very professional. Oscar even helped put a baby bird back in it's nest. I frightened the bird out the day prior and lost it. The bird was too immature to fly back into the nest. Oscar found it and rescued it. He went above and beyond. Fantastic service! We had not had the windows on our historic home 3-story home (that is, old wooden windows with storms that are hard to reach) in far too long. Another company couldn't get all the storms off and was not able to do the job...but Israel and his crew made it look easy.
