A two person team (Delphino and Lissandra) just finished cleaning our gutters and then our windows inside and out. They did a fabulous job! I am puzzled by any of the less than positive reviews on this site. We are 100% satisfied. Delphino hand cleaned, bagged and flushed all gutters, filling two full garbage bags with debris. The bags were left by our garbage bins for disposal, which was fine with me. Delphino cleaned windows outside and Lissandra cleaned them inside. Again, great job. The windows and French doors all look sparkling. They did not make any messes while cleaning and did not leave anything behind for me to clean up. They arrived 30 minutes early and went right to work. The entire job took a little over 3 hours. Both Delphino and Lissandra were very professional and seemed very trustworthy. I was very comfortable with them in our home. Other reviewers noted issues with speaking English. This was not an issue at all for us. Communication was easy and their command of English was great. I highly recommend this service. APS's prices are very reasonable, they were available to do our job very quickly, and they did very professional work and exactly as promised. NOTE: They do not clean tracks and windowsills, but for the price, this seemed reasonable. We will happily use them again in the future! read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. This business doesn't care about their customers AT ALL. I made an appointment via text and the appointment was confirmed. I moved everything in the house away from the windows & took off work. The day of the appointment, no show, no call, no text...nothing. I send them a message, no response. I call, no answer. I leave a detailed message informing of said appointment & no contact regarding no show. A day or two later I get a text, (not a call) asking, "the guys really didn't show?!" Yea dude, NO ONE. No apology! They asked if we could reschedule. I said sure but to my convenience. I wanted a weekend since I had scheduled to be off work for the appointment. They got back to me again a day or so later & said, "can't do a weekend". So I said, I'll go elsewhere then. They replied "OK" totally fine with losing a customer. Unreal! This company clearly does not value their customers with that flippant attitude. They don't need you so, don't use them. I suggest you go elsewhere where they actually value their customers & will uphold the appointments they make! This is clearly a very poorly run joke of a business. read more

Knoxville, TN. Called APS and scheduled an appointment for window cleaning. I was told they would come between 2 and 4 o'clock. I took my grates off the windows and stayed home waiting for them but no one showed up. My calls and texts were not answered or returned. Terrible Gutter Cleaning: Received a mailer from APS. Paid for a gutter cleaning service where they were to hand remove all debris, then clean and flush all the gutters. The gutters had shingle stone build up in it like a muddy sand. The service team spent less than 30 minutes and rushed through the job, literally running around on the roof. I was concerned for their safety and damage to the roof. I found a dislodged roof nail after the service. They removed a couple of handfuls of the the roof sand and then attempted to flush the rest of it down the spouts. The result was roof sand splashed everywhere, clogged down spouts and half cleaned gutters. I now have more work to do from the unprofessional service. They even left a muddy handprint on the siding. They were fast and affordable. It seems like they forgot to move furniture items that were moved back in place and to dispose of the leaves/rubbish from the gutters (left in garbage bag near the downspout) but I think that was just an oversight. I will hire them again! read more

We had our gutters cleaned by APS in June and after the first hard rainfall we noticed our front gutter was flooding over. I contacted APS about coming back out to make sure they flushed the downspout properly. 5 tx messages including pictures and videos, we NEVER received a response. The downspout was so packed the gutter couldn't flow properly and the heavy rains pulled our gutter away from the house. We won't be returning customers as well as our other friends and family members close by who originally referred us now that they know what happened. read more

Responsive to my phone call. Scheduled quickly which I appreciated. Workers arrived at a completely different time then scheduled. Thank goodness I was home. The man who came to the door was pleasant. While I cannot look in the gutters myself I know they did at least clean off the roof as they threw the branch debris into my yard and then left it there. Luckily it wasn't too much. I was just surprised they did that. As well when they flushed all the gutters some of it flushed out onto my driveway and the dirt/debris mess was also left there. It wasn't a ton but still. When I reached out to the office to explain why I wasn't 100% happy the response I got back was more defensive/dismissive then I would have liked. I have received several flyers from APS and decided to give them a try. I can't rate the quality of their work because they completely ignored me. Their ad says, call or text. I texted twice and did not receive a response. I then called twice and left messages stating I was looking for a quote for gutter cleaning. I left my name, phone number, zipcode, date and time, nothing. I gave up and did the job myself. If they are so busy they can't take on new customers all they had to do was tell me so I could move on. I will never call them again. read more

Today we had APS come out and clean our windows inside and out. Two Mexican guys came (they didn't speak very good English) and proceeded to clean all our windows. They were quick and seemed to do a good job however, when putting things back in order I found dirty water drips on my walls, sills and floor/beige carpeting. On further inspection, we found one of our guest room shades was torn. When the men were done and asked for the check I mentioned not being happy about the dirty water drops (they were mud brown) on my walls, sill, Floor/carpet and he said "your windows were very dirty". Of course they are dirty. I wouldn't have them clean my windows if they were clean! They have rags with them when they clean to wipe things off (squeegees) so I don't see why they couldn't wipe the pool of water running down the wall. We had to get out our carpet cleaning machine to clean all the dirty spots/drips on the carpet in every room. For $ 255.00 I guess I expected things to look a little better. read more

They're advertising ad is misleading. I recently hired them to do my home and they only did the eaves and gutters... for $259!! I was told my home would be pressure washed and the bricks were never touched. I tried calling them and no one ever picks up the phone. The service people were rude and short tempered. I had APS clean my gutters earlier this fall. I had to have some repair work done on the same gutters today and they said the inside of the gutters looked like it has years of build up in them and the drains were completely clogged. They also said the mesh that was covering part of the drains hadn't been cleaned under at all and then explained to me that was doing more harm than good and asked me if they could remove them. I didn't have any conversations like that with APS when they were here. I can't get up there and look, that's why I'm paying someone to go do the work. When hiring this Nashville, TN based company, I was assured that gutter cleaning would be as their ad said, "hand bagged from gutters. " They did not even have any bags with them. They got up there with a pressure spraying hose and blew it out of my gutters all over the windows, the deck, the steps. I stopped them and told them they were supposed to be hand bagging it. I was assured they would clean it up - - but they did not hand bag. I had to send them on their way. I called the scheduler about it. She told me they had to spray it out of the gutters; there was too much debris. She would not send another crew. Of course, leaving like they did, they never got around to replacing the corner lights. They had little command of English. Don't believe their ad - - they do not hand bag, There was quite a mess from the small section of the one gutter they sprayed before I stopped them. My gutters now have brown drip lines from the water zapping over them as well. An hour and a half into the first two hour window (7 - 9 a.m.) I got a call advising the "crew's" car had broken down. A second appointment was scheduled later and two guys showed up. Before the driver was out of the car, he was telling me the price was going up because I had "squares" on my windows. My windows are one large pain with two mullioned panes across the top. Nothing close to the photograph on the APS mailer. I told the men to leave. APS called and was pretty irate. I told them I thought their advertising misrepresented their offer. Had used them before to clean windows. Called them to come out and clean windows as well as spot clean roof and chimney. They arrived over 30 minutes early and did not call before they came as we had been told. After cleaning the roof and chimney, the dirty water that was generated form this process spilled over the gutters, creating a dirty coating on the exterior of this area of the gutter. Asked the crew (who did not apparently speak English) to please clean this up. They refused. I called the office and spoke to Ross, the owner, about this. He got extremely defensive and belligerent (including raising his voice), telling me about how much experience he had and that I was mistaken. I sent him video and photographic evidence to the contrary, but he continued to deny that his responsibility was to clean up this mess. Prices seemed reasonable but I had to call twice before I could get a return call to schedule an appointment. I was told that the price they quoted was good to clean 40 windows. Then they showed up 2 hours late without an advance call saying they were still coming. Upon arrival I greeted 2 guys with Windex spray bottles in hand and almost needed an interpreter to communicate with them. Things felt off so, I asked them to count my windows before beginning. Sure enough they came up with twice as many as I had counted. I told them I would pay them what I was quoted but nothing more.
