United Water Restoration came to my house on 1/12/22 and gave me a quote to clean all of my vents, took a deposit for half, then called me the next day to say they didn't quote me the correct price and it would be more than double what they originally quoted. I told them I was not longer interested and asked for a refund, which they agreed to provide. I've called them three times since then because they still have not refunded my money.

The price was few hundred lower than the other bid. Raintite had multiple choices for leaf guards and I chose the one that was more expensive but will be easier to blow clean. We have incredible amounts of debris from pecan and other trees.
