When they arrived they gave me a 30 minute text before hand to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time and greeted me at the door. Tim and Mason walked around my house and gave me a final estimate before starting the house wash. It took them about 3 hours after arriving to finish both the window cleaning and house wash. The job took longer than expected but everything still got finished before dark. I would use them again as they seem honest and reliable.

One of those employees took several chunks out of my driveway with their power wash machine and left standing water and quite a bit of sediment left over from the chemicals used .. Make sure there are no complaints against them. Make sure you ask plenty of questions. You make sure you monitor them while they are working on your home and if you see areas that they missed or didn't cover areas that you agreed upon -Make sure that you get them to get it done before you pay them.. I should have hired the man who I originally hired until this person stepped and a quoted a lesser amount but charged the same . That should've been a red flag when i told him someone else for the job.. he still insisted he can charge less etc.. I have already begun a process to make sure that they are held accountable. I only asked for $150 to be returned to me but they would not.

Allen drove 1.5 hours to our rental property in spring.
