What I appreciated most was that while working efficiently, the technician took the time to explain exactly why each repair was necessary. He quickly replaced the flame sensor and the igniter, getting the system back up and running in no time. He also noticed that the pressure in our underfloor heating system was insufficient, which could cause air bubbles and eventually damage the water pump over time, so he kindly adjusted and increased the pressure for us. In addition to the quick fixes, he provided valuable maintenance advice, explaining how often a gas water heater should be serviced. He also detailed why DIY maintenance is not recommended and why professional service is crucial for safety and longevity. The service was highly professional, efficient, and educational. I am very satisfied with their quality work and would highly recommend them!

The plumber told everything by phone and never sent an actual estimate as I requested, despite my asking for him to send me a full estimate. The plumber also answered the phone as Beacon Plumbing before asking which plumbing company I was calling for.
