We had multiple appointments where services we specifically booked were not provided due to their internal miscommunication. They are also frequently late. Despite requesting breed-specific cuts, we were sometimes assigned someone who couldn't provide the requested cut, without being notified, and given a "summer cut" instead. When we tried to address these issues, our calls and messages were ignored rather than handled professionally. It's disappointing because we genuinely wanted to continue supporting this business, but after repeated issues and a lack of accountability, we can no longer recommend them.

They are that good and that busy so get on the list early. Worth every bit of the wait and the money. I have two dogs. Cannonball is my wild black Goldendoodle puppy and Duchess is my 11 year old girl who has been through a lot and doesn't trust easily. Watching her walk willingly into the salon with Sarah almost made me cry. If you knew this dog you'd completely understand what that moment meant. She even trusted Dave! Which is saying something bc Duchess isn't the biggest fan of men. This was only Cannon's second visit and Kassie got down on the floor to greet him. He climbed right into her lap. He looks absolutely incredible and we can't go anywhere without people stopping us. Cannon is my first dog that needs real grooming and I had so much to learn. Between Dave, Sarah Kassie and the whole team I've walked out knowing more every single time. Coats, brushing, shampoos, home care. They just give that knowledge freely. What Sarah and Dave have built here is genuinely something special. The entire team is trained in pet CPR and knows risks most groomers have never even heard of -- like heat stroke from blow dryers. No kennels, no crates, spotless shop, amazing atmosphere. They even have self wash stations for bath days or dogs that don't need a full groom. These are my kids. I don't trust them with just anyone. I trust them here.

I am not going to lie, we were nervous reading web page that dogs are unattended at times. Our pup is 6 months and has never been left unattended away from home. We got there and did a tour around 11. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and areas they had. We felt it was clean for the number dogs and locations they had. It appeared organized with knowledge of dogs and temperaments and who goes where. I did express several times, I was fine with Stanley being left in a kennel by himself. We were only going to be gone for a few hours and was concerned with just the 2 staff folks there and all the areas for dogs to play. It does seem they have regulars so know the dogs well and who would play well, with whom. I appreciate the ability to text. I checked in about an hour after we left, all was well. I received a text a couple of hours with a short video of him smelling an area with another dog. I was a bit concerned they took him out with another dog but thankfully, he was fine in video and when I picked him up. I am definitely a helicopter mom and worry but I would have hoped my wishes were honored, of him being alone. I was able to enjoy by time zip lining while my boy was watched. I did not find it dirty, I felt for a huge kennel, it was fine for me. Kennels are going to smell and get dirty & maybe there could be more staff but I would recommend them. The only suggestion, if you are adamant about something-get their commitment they can deliver. Again, Stan was fine and it is my own issues to some degree but had something happened, we know the review would have been different.

Jax followed her happily to the van and was happy while being groomed. None of the shaking and crying that I have experienced when taking him to a groomers. Jax is part terrier and does not like to have his feet touched. Julianna firmly and lovingly told him that teeth are not acceptable. The grooming was exactly what we asked for. Jax looks and smells great, without strong scents or perfumes. I already made our next appointment. I highly recommend Julianna and her services.

I went in today to buy a pet. We asked an employee for help and he was very nice. he said it was…read morehis first time selling a guinea pig and to bear with him. we completely understood since we were in no rush. so He called for help and thats when one of the employees Fig came up and started mis treating the employee that was first helping us. It seemed like he was trying to make him look bad by telling him "why don't you know this" rolling his eyes and signing at the employee then making him leave. Fig still helped us and was nice to us but later on we asked the same original employee for help with bedding for the guinea pig and we noticed Fig watching from a distance and right as the employee that we asked was going to awnser Fig ran up and interrupted him. This left myself and the people i was with very uncomfortable. I wish we would've gotten the employees name he was very kind and even though Fig was miss treating him he kept a smile on his face. This seemed like it was a normal thing for the employee and I think there is a time and place to correct people. If someone doesn't know something why not show them how to do it the right way instead of making them feel dumb and not even showing them on top of that..
