02/22/2025 I brought my dog here for 3 years and when she first started coming here she was cared about and the groomer took her time. Fast forward to 3 years later and my dog is just a number in their system, not someone's baby. I trusted them to groom and bathe my dog with care and while cleaning her eye boogers they decided it would be smart to not soak the clumps before RIPPING THEM OUT OF HER FACE with a flea comb! When i arrived to pick her up, they were very nonchalant as if they didn't care about what had happened and minimized the situation. I brought her straight to the vet and was charged a hefty bill plus prescribed a 2 times a day medication for 2 weeks until it heals. I demanded they refund my grooming appointment and for them to pay for the vet bill or I would've taken legal action. The owner tried so hard to deny what happened , and blamed me while also begging for me to return. He took care of the bills but I want nothing to do with this place other than leaving this review just in case anyone was considering bringing their baby here. I am traumatized from this event and now I will be the only person to groom my own dog. These pictures are exactly how they gave her to me. read more

My Golden boy has never looked better. He has cancer and had one of his digits amputated, so needless to say I was hesitant but they were super gentle and succeeded past my worries. They are kind, great costumer service, reasonably priced. They are very transparent if they see anything in their grooming. I love this place and will continue to use them. read more

Hope and Jalecee are amazing groomers they listen to what you are asking for and they do what you want. The place is very very clean. Jaleesa recognizes our wirey Dachsund/Jack Russel mix when he walks in the door. She does a great job trimming his nails and distracting him with a ball since this is definitely his least favorite activity in life! We recently moved to Florida and our dog was definitely in need of a good grooming. I asked for recommendations on NextDoor app and Pristine Paws was highly recommended by several people. After calling a few places, I chose PP. My dog is a little shy and has one paw that he doesn't like to be touched (no reason for this). They listened to all the specifics of my preferred grooming style and also had the oatmeal shampoo he needs. He looks fantastic and was so calm and happy when I picked him up! I have 2 dogs that were rescues and going to a groomer that charge a lot for 2 small dogs . I came to pristine and got the same day appointment and reasonable . Also told me my one dog doesn't like the sound of the hair dryer and they are the first one to tell me. My dog wasn't exhausted at all. They are awesome! read more

Hope has been grooming my dogs since they opened. Two Goldens and a chow lab mix. Always a great job. Dogs are never stressed and never an accidental nick or razor burn. My girl Ginger the chow lab mix was up in years. She could not stand up for long periods of time. Hope was so tender with her, giving her little breaks during grooming and was so gentle with her. GREAT SERVICE. RELIABLE. ACCOMMODATING!!!! My family has been taking our large golden retriever to petco for grooming for two years. They told us that he was overly energetic and required at least two groomers to shave him. His appointments usually take 5+ hours and can only be done on weekends. After making two appointments that were both canceled by petco the day of and the day before I was in search for a groomer to fit him in. There is hair all over everything in my house and we are having a party for my son this weekend. I called prestine and they fit him in the next day.
