Hope and the team are very talented in grooming my dogs. Places I've gone to before struggle with getting my dogs to cooperate but the elite groomers at Pristine Paws are great with them. One of my dogs just walks into the grooming area like she just happy to be there (she's never like that). Their prices are more than fair for the outstanding and professional work they do. I highly recommend this Pet Salon. read more

Love them great service my Pepper been going to them for 7 years now and we never had a problem

02/22/2025 I brought my dog here for 3 years and when she first started coming here she was cared about and the groomer took her time. Fast forward to 3 years later and my dog is just a number in their system, not someone's baby. I trusted them to groom and bathe my dog with care and while cleaning her eye boogers they decided it would be smart to not soak the clumps before RIPPING THEM OUT OF HER FACE with a flea comb! When i arrived to pick her up, they were very nonchalant as if they didn't care about what had happened and minimized the situation. I brought her straight to the vet and was charged a hefty bill plus prescribed a 2 times a day medication for 2 weeks until it heals. I demanded they refund my grooming appointment and for them to pay for the vet bill or I would've taken legal action. The owner tried so hard to deny what happened , and blamed me while also begging for me to return. He took care of the bills but I want nothing to do with this place other than leaving this review just in case anyone was considering bringing their baby here. I am traumatized from this event and now I will be the only person to groom my own dog. These pictures are exactly how they gave her to me. read more

My Golden boy has never looked better. He has cancer and had one of his digits amputated, so needless to say I was hesitant but they were super gentle and succeeded past my worries. They are kind, great costumer service, reasonably priced. They are very transparent if they see anything in their grooming. I love this place and will continue to use them. read more

They did a beautiful job on my Austrian Nosenleghen terrier. Clip was meticulous, even though they hadn't seen this breed before. She was unbelievably smooth! Will be back for sure! read more

Jaleesa recognizes our wirey Dachsund/Jack Russel mix when he walks in the door. She does a great job trimming his nails and distracting him with a ball since this is definitely his least favorite activity in life! Would definitely recommend her for other pets who are not a fan of having their nails trimmed. Their new location is a nice upgrade for the four legged and two legged customers. read more

So very grateful to find this wonderful pet grooming parlor, near my Lake Worth home. Everyone was so kind and helpful and they obviously love dogs. It was clean and quiet and affordable. I brought my rescue pups, 2 year old Daphne, and her 10 month old puppy, Pearl. It was Pearl's first grooming and she was nervous, but Hope did a beautiful job on both of them. Thank you so much. We will be back. read more

We recently moved to Florida and our dog was definitely in need of a good grooming. I asked for recommendations on NextDoor app and Pristine Paws was highly recommended by several people. After calling a few places, I chose PP. My dog is a little shy and has one paw that he doesn't like to be touched (no reason for this). They listened to all the specifics of my preferred grooming style and also had the oatmeal shampoo he needs. He looks fantastic and was so calm and happy when I picked him up! Carol was his groomer today and she really took interest in his comfort during his experience. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to have found Pristine Paws!! Every one with whom I spoke (on phone or in person) was professional and helpful! read more

I have 2 dogs that were rescues and going to a groomer that charge a lot for 2 small dogs . I came to pristine and got the same day appointment and reasonable . Also told me my one dog doesn't like the sound of the hair dryer and they are the first one to tell me. My dog wasn't exhausted at all. They are awesome! read more

Hope has been grooming my dogs since they opened. Two Goldens and a chow lab mix. Always a great job. Dogs are never stressed and never an accidental nick or razor burn. My girl Ginger the chow lab mix was up in years. She could not stand up for long periods of time. Hope was so tender with her, giving her little breaks during grooming and was so gentle with her. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Went here for the first time after my groomer moved out of state. They were very easy to schedule an apt with, lots of openings and open everyday of the week. They were very caring and took good care of my dog. They cut her they way I asked and the prices were affordable compared to their local places. Will go back again. read more

GREAT SERVICE. RELIABLE. ACCOMMODATING!!!! My family has been taking our large golden retriever to petco for grooming for two years. They told us that he was overly energetic and required at least two groomers to shave him. His appointments usually take 5+ hours and can only be done on weekends. After making two appointments that were both canceled by petco the day of and the day before I was in search for a groomer to fit him in. There is hair all over everything in my house and we are having a party for my son this weekend. I called prestine and they fit him in the next day. The appointment took two hours and he did not come home overly exhausted. I HIGHLY recommend this groomer and Hope. The lovely woman who took care of Micky. Thank you so much. Micky looks and smells great read more
