They replaced our timer, most of the sprinkler heads, fixed the multiple broken pipes and capped off the unnecessary sprinkler heads, which we had alot of. They also gave us tips on how to save our dying grass in the front now that we have our sprinklers fixed it should be easier to maintain. After checking all the ones that need to be changed, we were told that there is a total of 6 that needs to be changed. The man goes and gets parts comes back and does 2 then leaves after promising he will finish the job same day. Let me remind you we sat at home all day for them to finish. We let it go and said that's fine come back tomorrow to finish. He comes back and doesn't fix all the sprinklers. He forgets to do one so later we call him and tell them hey you forgot to change one and there is a puddle of water coming out on the street. The girl who picks up the phone, first of all sounds like a little girl who doesn't know how to take care of these things. She tells me ok no problem I'll have my dad come during the weekend to finish the job. Today I get a rude text from her which I'll post on here for you to see it. She says we can't come and yo find someone else. I respond and ask why?! You guys didn't finish the job and that's not ok. We paid 200 for a job that was not finished when promised. Brian took the time during our visit to see if he could immediately figure out what was causing some of my concerns. I had a large patch of dying grass (despite regular watering), and he went and tried every single water valve to assess the performance of my sprinklers. He discovered that I do in fact have a coverage issue!
