When I asked they did not know this yesterday? By far the worst cleaning crew that I have ever hired. On top of that they are thieves!!!! I hired…read morethem to do a clean out of a rental. Two people showed up to clean my house and it took them 2.5 hours to 'clean'. When I went to inspect the home after the cleaning crew left, there was cleaning product residue left on all surfaces, the master tub and walk-in shower was not clean, the toilets were still dirty. There was blood left on the inside door frames that lead into two bedrooms as well as a blood trail from inside the home to where the crew parked their van. There were two other crew members there who were cleaning the windows. When I showed them all the areas that were not cleaned; one of the guys called the office who sent the lady back. When she arrived, she was speaking in Spanish, calling me all sorts of things, and making excuses for her failures. I guess she assumed since I am white that I don't speak Spanish. After the entire cleaning crew left, I called and spoke with Raul who said that he would give me a discount. He gave me a 5%, which is an absolute joke. The next day, I went back to the house to clean what they failed to do as well as replace burnt out light bulbs. I had left the light bulbs in the cabinet above the washer, as these are special order light bulbs that can only be purchased on Amazon as they do not sell these particular kind in El Paso. THE CREW STOLE THE LIGHT BULBS!!!!! Like, who does that!!!! I called my husband to bring me some cleaning supplies that I left at our new home, he was beyond upset. We paid this crew over $400 for a absolutely horrible job that I had to go back and re-clean the entire home. My husband called and spoke with Raul who said he would give us our money back. NOT!!!! The money was showing as pending for the refund and then today (5/4) the money was never refunded!!!!

I definitely would not recommend doing business with this company. I contacted them via a form…read moresubmission on their website and had a very thorough, professional back and forth with their office clerk over the next few days. I asked her to have someone come and see my home to finalize pricing and get a hands on look at my home. The owner came yesterday. We had a 10 am appointment but he didn't show up until 10:45. He spent less than 10 minutes looking at my home saying how clean it was and how "cleanable" it is. We even had a short discussion about how important it is to have open and honest communications in business dealings. He left a little before 11 and promised to get back to me with lower pricing no later than noon. At 12:30 I hadn't heard anything so I called and spoke with the office clerk and asked her to let him know I called and would give them another half hour to finalize our business agreement. Five minutes later I got an email from her saying they were not interested in my business. No explanation. No open and honest communications from the owner. I can only assume that it was because I am elderly, retired military (didn't want to give the discount), live in the northeast, requested an english speaking cleaning person if possible, or the job was just not big enough for his company. I am sharing this because I would like to save someone else the negative experience I had

First we scheduled an initial appointment to figure the cleaning needs and cost of the entire service. That appointment was scheduled for this morning at 0900. The owner and his assistant showed up on time and were ready to assist us. We arrived at the property where the cleaning was going to take place when I realized that I forgot the key to the front door of the house. I told the owner and the assistant to stand by while I went to grab the key that was roughly 5 minutes away. When I started backing out of the driveway, I noticed the assistant of the owner standing by my mother and step father's trailer urinating. I immediately pulled back in the driveway and shouted at the individual. I shouted "Are you pissing on the trailer?" He replied "I'm sorry sir I have a full bladder!" I immediately asked them to leave. I called Kim who is co owner of the business and explained to her what had just transpired. She replied with "I can't control his bladder." I forcibly instructed them to leave quickly. I've heard nothing but good things about your business which leaves me even more shocked of your lack of respect and knowledge of basic urination procedures. F you guys!
