Make sure you do NOT work with Olivia. She was extremely rude. When I asked her why my nails looked like this, she told me, "I can't fix it. Pay and leave." As you can see, right after I sat in my car, one of the nails completely came off.
I asked her to use a thin electric drill bit around the cuticle so the nail would separate properly from the cuticle and prevent air from getting underneath, but she said she didn't have the bit and didn't know how to do it.
If you still don't know how to do nails properly, you definitely shouldn't be charging prices like a professional. Respecting customers is part of having a good business.
When I called, a girl named Kayla answered the phone, but instead of listening to what I was saying, she spoke in a very rude tone and just tried to hang up.
The customer service here is honestly terrible.
I should also add that when my boyfriend saw my nails, he said, "You could have done a better job yourself in 30 minutes. Why did you waste so much time there?
I should also mention that I have been doing nails myself for over 10 years. This was actually the first time I decided to go to a nail salon instead of doing my own nails -- and unfortunately it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. read more
