I had one of the worst salon experiences of my life yesterday, and I feel obligated to share it…read more From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely disregarded my requests. The stylist clearly lacked basic skills--she didn't know how to properly brush my hair without pulling, struggled to wash my hair in the bowl, and seemed inexperienced with blow drying. The entire process felt rushed and careless. What made it worse was the environment. Other stylists were loudly ing about clients in a negative way, which created an unwelcoming and disrespectful atmosphere. The salon itself did not feel calm, or upscale--definitely not the kind of place you go to relax or feel taken care of. Despite being very clear that I did NOT want a haircut, the stylist still cut my hair without consent. I also specifically said I didn't want any grey tones, yet she applied a grey toner anyway. It felt like my preferences were completely ignored. I even reached out to the owner afterward to explain my experience, hoping for some level of accountability or resolution, but nothing was offered not even a genuine apology or an-attempt to fix the situation. After 30+ years of going to salons, I can confidently say this was the worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. This place is a joke. Extremely curly? You should turn clients away if you don't know what the heck you're doing! Please improve it's giving racist.

During our first contact I told her I wanted to keep the length and go to a silvery gray. Every step of the way was a fun reveal and I received many compliments along the way. Exactly what I asked for all while keeping my long hair healthy. I travel from Las Vegas to see her. Heather is worth it!

I had a pedicure with Cambrie yesterday and felt I needed to give this review as a warning. This…read moresalon came recommended by my hairstylist at another salon. It appears Cambrie was very new at this service and trying hard (reason for two stars). I had to ask for several things that normally are automatically done by nail staff, like general cleaning up of hanging skin in the corners of my toes, don't cut to cause bleeding while trimming cuticles, clean out "toe fuzz," in the corners of my big toes from wearing socks. I went home and had to do more clean up. The pedicure was $50 and only worth about half that to me. I tried to be understanding, but felt I did not get the service I paid for. I won't return.
