They asked me if I had an id because you apparently have to be 18 to go there I'm 20 years old and I showed her my id but the wouldn't let us shop because my girlfriend didn't have an id. Why would she. I drove. This is ridiculous I didn't see anyone else get id but us. read more

Worse ever customer service from higher management. The staff were nice and helpful. I purchased a dress made of chains. I was unable to wear it because the metal was cold and too clunky. I kept the tags and hanger and attempted to return. I was unable to find the receipt which leads me to think I wasnt given one because I was careful to leave everything together. The lady that worked the night before was there and remembered me. They still would not honor the return. I would settle even for store credit and they still would not do anything to resolve the issue. They said they would review cameras to see if I was given a receipt and if they find it was error on the sales clerk THAN they could honor a return. I think it's pointless for someone to get in trouble over something petty if she did forget to give me a receipt when the fact is if they can reprint a receipt in that case, why cant they without going through the trouble of burning their staff? So now I'm stuck with a 62 dollar item that I cant wear. read more

As much as I would love to say we enjoyed the experience, at the Hickory store, we were subjected to what can only be called a fraudulent transaction, as a salesperson sold us a device under false pretenses, telling us it had capabilities which it does not. Although one might chalk that up to an error, the store's unwillingness to rectify the problem suggests that they really don't care about their customers and whether they are satisfied. We suggest you do NOT frequent this store, and possibly not other corporate stores. read more

i have bought 2 products in this store, the 1st one brought home and used 4-5 times and quit working(there is a 5 yr warranty) so i took back to store they said sorry i have to send back to maker write a letter etc (alot of trouble and also better if have original pkging who keeps that?) so i purchased another item the girl checked it and seemed to work took it home put batteries in and nothing. so i took it back still brand new never used the very next day, they also said to bad send back to maker, the instructions and address are printed so small cant read them, i was also told its an absolute must to have original box(being that is is brand new i do) i have to pay for shipping and the product is made in germany(supposed to be a good name) not worth the time or money. the store should take it back and honor warranties will never shop here again!!!!!!!!! read more
