Our return policy states on the receipt and in several places through the store that some lingerie items may be returned within seven days of purchase. These items will be exchanged for a store credit as long as the item does not look like it has been worn (no stains, rips, tears, etc) and the tags and panties are fully attached. We do not give cash back on any item, only store credit. This is due to our point of sales system, and also because our return rate is very low. As of January 2015, we are under new management and have an increased selection in lingerie and novelty products. Every month our manager has something new on the floor and always attempts to keep the store neat and organized at all times. Our prices are indeed higher in the store, but we now have the convenience of an online store. If you would like to use the coupon codes you hear online or on TV, you can now at www.adamevemooresville.com under "shop now." We are a small business and are not affiliated with the other Adam & Eve locations around us. Every purchase from our store goes back to our store directly. We have stayed open this long due to the dedication of returning and new customers. We greatly appreciate your business, and look forward to having you shop in our store.

I know I can come here for high quality gifts for my friends and family that they love time and time again. There are a range of products to select from- both for older and younger audiences, which makes it a great spot to buy for multiple people. Inside, however the place is kind of magical. The first thing you see when you enter is a large display of toys made from recycled plastic, complete with dirt and tools. Everywhere you turn, there's another awesome, well put together toy or baby gear display. The merchandise is divided by age appropriate items. Just when you think you're done, there's a large circular staircase down to another level, where the toys for older children are located. One of the best things is how "hands on "kid friendly it is; it's a total no judgment zone! Tons of sample toys have been laid out for kids to actually play with! The next great things are the prices! Very fair and reasonable - not boutique prices like you might think! Great place to pick up a gift for a kid you love!

Again, I feel like we should have paid more for this furniture given the quality. But then again, it was a godsend to get it so cheap. The lady in the shop was so helpful. This is a family owned business and the owners actually drove an hour to Winston to help move our furniture into a 3rd floor apartment on a hot summer day. You really just cannot beat the service and great prices! It was great to be able to save so much money on my first post grad apartment. I honestly have NO complaints. At all. I urge you to shop here. Even if you have enough money to shop elsewhere on furniture, you'll save a few hundred bucks here and the quality is good as new. I will never buy new furniture again. Yes the selection is wide, and cluttered with kiddie items of all sorts which is why so many rave about this store. The previous experiences, I have had lovely interactions with the other clerks but the owner is horrible! I recommend that if you intend to purchase an item, make sure to check the prices because if the owner doesn't feel it is fair to her consignees, then she will raise the price on the object. I bought a infant carrier which was marked down to 12.50, Great Deal.. I thought until I went to the register and the owner deemed the price was to low. It was marked down to that price on the tag but she refused to honor it. It is a present for my husband so I went against my better judgement and purchased it at $25. Then as I was walking out I asked if she had a Facebook page which she snidely replied "Yes, remember you bought it!" What a poor display of customer service and business acumen. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Also, all sales are final so be careful if you intend to shop here.
