The worst agency ever. I filled out my application online. Went inside the location, and waited for 3 hours in a room with other people waiting to be interviewed by a recruiter. I come outside to check the status, and they were all gathered in a meeting talking, while there was 10+ people inside the waiting room waiting to be interviewed. I walked out and left. Some people inside the waiting room, told me they had been waiting for over 4 hours to be interviewed. What kind of system is this? That's very unprofessional. The worst experience by any agency I've ever had. If you value your worth, and time please for the love of god, DO NOT apply with these women who only care about their heels and not your employment needs. called Carson Branch in Carson California 11/17/23 supervisor Lupita had poorly customer and supervisor qualities who I had spoke to her to request my husbands check stubs who was on the phone asking for his check stubs as well and didn't help and requested for him to go to main office and request them which he did and when he got ther Lupita told him it was to late because it's a long process to printout checkstubs and to return Monday for them so u professional people or more spe supervisors like that should get fired and I called HR in Tustin California and same experience with Casandra who never transferred the call to management and also blocked or was rejecting my calls so I won't complain right after she had contacted Lupita in Carson office read more

Don't waste your time with this agency. There's a reason they have horrible rating. They are SO inconsiderate. They offered me a position and I accepted. They made me go all the way to their corporate office, I signed all the paperwork, watched all the videos, then when I came back from lunch, they told the position is on hold. Horrible communication. If i can give them a 0 i most definitely would. The branch Manager Laura very unprofessional. I went in for an interview she stated she would call back and i never recevied anything back from her. I left her plenty of text messages and never had the dignity to call me back and advise the position was already taken. Im not mad i didnt get the job but she could of easily advise they were still interviewing candidates or could've told me they had hired someone already instead she just ghosted me. NEVER AGAIN.
