I called Mrs. Melisa Murdock and sent her the pictures for my backyard to clean the brush and small branch piles. She suggested to come to the site and give me a price. On 9/24/2025 Mr. & Mrs. Murdock came to the site, I and Jeremy Walked the site, and he gave me a price of $1200, I accepted it, and the same day sent them $500 via Zelle. On 9/26/2025 Jeremy with his crew came in and started the cleanup, at 2:00PM he called me and said they are not able to finish it is it okay if they come on Monday the 29th and finish it I told him yes. Around 4:30 called me and started to say that the brush is more than what he thought it will be and gave me a price for! and I need to pay him additional $1200. I told him no. Then he asked me to give him at least additional $600, I told him no, finally Mr. and Mrs. Murdock and I agreed for additional $300 to finish the cleanup on Monday 09/29/2025.
