I left Las Vegas to move to Orange County, CA and upon my return 2 years later I was delighted to get to see my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Clifford Molin, move to a new facility. I was impressed with him before and went back to see him for a leg injury I sustained just before moving back to Vegas. The injury developed into a potentially serious condition called cellulitis. Dr. Molin instructed me to get an Ultrasound, which I did at SDMI, and then Dr. Molin referred me to the ER, which was a wise decision. I was at risk for sepsis, and Dr. Molin helped me avert it with a prompt and accurate referral. Need a good family physician, see Dr. Molin. read more

Don't know who manages this practice, but they should be replaced NO HUMAN EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE, EVER! Their software continually locks patients out of their own portal. You cannot reach anyone to get a reset to get back in. So I have had to go there in person to resolve it. I snored for years whenever I slept. Under Dr. Molin's guidance, I did a sleep study and found out that I had sleep apnea. I now use a CPAP machine and sleep 7 to 8 hours a night with no snoring. I have been coming here for about 5 visits and had a horrible experience. No one ever answers the phones EVER! I had to drive to the office to speak to someone because of this. The office staff will see you standing in front of check out and ignore you like they don't see you standing there until they are done talking about outside conversations. Also, they send bills with wrong phone number so when you call the company says they are not affiliated with this office but this is the number on the bill. After I speak to a manager, I will not be back. It's ridiculous what you have to go through as a patient. read more

Another unfortunate update. At the end of last year, I found out my unexpected bill was due to extra tests being done on my sample without my consent. I had said multiple times when making the appt that I only wanted what my insurance covered and extra (uncovered) tests were done that I would have denied due to not showing symptoms of conditions tested and my coverage. When I confronted the office about it, they got back to me saying they would get the lab to refund me for these extra tests. I figured that was a good solution. Followed up after the first of the year, they hadn't gotten to it yet. Followed up several times in the past 4 weeks and now cannot receive an email or phone call back despite receptionists "leaving messages" for my previous contacts. Last I heard from them was January 3rd. Today I waited on hold until I was suddenly kicked out of the queue. Receptionist kept offering to leave them a message, I told her I've left messages and they're not returned. It's now been a year since this whole debacle started. read more

That being said, be prepared to wait up to an hour for your appointment. This challenge is exacerbated by a small lobby and zero enforcement of the mask policy. I called this office and verified my insurance with them. I left work early when it was the day of my appointment, drove across town and filled out paperwork only to be told. "We do take this insurance but not this plan. You would have to pay out of pocket". Well you could have told me that when I was calling for an appointment. Maybe word it better and be more precise, "We don't take your insurance plan!". Show me someone that pays for health insurance but pays out of pocket to be seen. What's the point? Needing a referral to get to a cardiologist brought me to Priority Health Group. I was able to get an appointment within a few days to see APRN Tina Buadaeng to go over my symptoms and get my tentative referral. They opened on time when I got there early in the morning, the front desk staff was friendly, social distancing and covid precautions are all in place, and overall the facility was clean. I found Tina and her assistant to be personable, ask key questions, and make some suggestions on the steps we would need to take next. I ended up coming back the next business day a.m. to get some labs done (onsite! Woohoo! Get there first thing and you will be in and out in a flash.) and having a follow-up telemedicine appointment with Tina. The telemedicine appointment did run a bit late, but Tina texted me in the video call chat waiting room to let me know, which I found courteous. After all was said and done, I moved forward with my referral and Tina's office sent it over to the appropriate office quickly. They did not, however, send over the labs, but my doctor was able to follow-up with this office to obtain them. I was also supposed to get set up with an online portal and Tina said the office staff would call me, but I never got that call. Not a huge deal. I`m sure if I call and follow-up on this issue, it will be remedied. All in all a decent place to get basic health care and referrals. read more

Big fan of this place. Amazing staff. Lab on site. You never have to wait in the lobby long for your appointment, and the office communicates well. I seen Ashley Smith and was very happy with her etiquette, professionalism, and realness. When I needed a biopsy she went straight to the point without sugarcoating, but at the same time not once did she seem careless. The staff was also compassionate to my needs which was appreciated. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is the phone system tends to be tricky. I've been hung up on multiple times after waiting on hold. It is obvious that it's no ones fault but should be addressed at some point. read more

Was recommended to the location. Called, waited on hold in a que of 4 for about 15 minutes. I was advised they do take my insurance which is a well known PPO. When I advised I wanted to see an MD vs a nurse I got the big Nope. It is misconceiving. Why would I want to go to an office that I could only see a nurse and not an actual MD as a new facility for treatment for an issue or care? I don't think so. Requesting lab work copies or other info is a joke. Front office staff are kind and so is the office Mgr to your face. Over the phone WHEN you can get a live person she's rude. There's always an excuse of new phone system or some garbage. Very weird how when you go into the office you don't hear the phones ringing or any call being picked up. I would give 5 stars for Dr. Millman and zero stars for village medical. Milman is great but village medical is horrible. I had to find a formal complaint against them for shady billing practices last year that they were refusing to fix. And then I called to reschedule an appt and just found out it was never rescheduled. They have no record of me calling. So disorganized and horrible. I assume I'll probably have to fight them with billing again if they are shady this time. If it wasn't for Dr. Milman I would leave the practice. He's probably the only good doctor is town. The phrase "you saved my life" is loosely used far more than is literal. In my case, it was VERY literal. I was told by the paramedics that picked me up at my house that I was LITERALLY HOURS AWAY FROM CERTAIN DEATH. That if I fell asleep before going to the hospital, that I most likely wouldn't have woke up. My life saver that day was Nurse Ashley Smith. My primary doctor, Dr. Stephanie Lehner, advised me that fateful day to come to the office to be looked at right away and someone would give me a quick check-up since it was short notice and I didn't have an appointment. After doing some blood work and speeding up the results on a well educated hunch, Nurse Ashley called me on the way home from the office and asked if I could get a ride to the ER and if not to call for an ambulance RIGHT AWAY! Of course with the urgency in her voice I did just that. When the paramedics arrived they informed me that my blood pressure had dropped from 65 over 30 at the office, to 50 over 21! The paramedics both told me that I was a record for both of them as far as the lowest blood pressure either had seen when a patient was still conscious and coherent. My blood pressure was so low that they stuck me 5 times trying to hit a vain for the I.V. because my vains didn't have enough pressure to hit them. They had to use an ultrasound machine to find and hit a vain at the hospital. This was an extreme visit... Thank you and God bless you Ashley! The other thing I feel strongly about is the exceptional, professional, and personal care that my Hero doctor, Dr. Stephanie Lehrner has given me over the past 10 years or so. Even her staff is exceptional! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as a small country practice. And if you're lucky enough to get "V" on the phone when you call, it will be like talking to a friend. I came to Dr. Lehrner a mess, health wise... She not only "dialed me in" medically and medication wise, she was sure that I understood why she prescribed every medication and what to expect from it. She always had an answer for every question I ever had and made sure I understood the answer before leaving her office. Her "bedside manner" with patients is unparalleled... I'm including a photo of my hospital bill for 2020. It includes a stay at Mountain View Hospital for COVID-19 with pneumonia 7 months ago, which again, Dr. Lehrner was totally on top of, checking in frequently while I was in the hospital and for a month or so afterwards.
