I was immediately impressed with her knowledge, kindness and professionalism. From there, I scheduled my visit and had the chance to meet the entire staff--and all I can say is, I wish I had found this dental group many, many years ago. From the dental assistants to the administrator, and especially the dentist team--a wonderful mother-and-daughter partnership--I genuinely cannot say a single negative thing about this place. Every visit (and I've now been there more than five times while working through my dental plan) has been consistently exceptional. Joanna, the administrator, is incredibly thorough. She takes the time to clearly explain (pre-work) insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and even offers alternative options if something feels financially heavy. That level of transparency and care is rare! Dr. Karimi (mom) is thoughtful and intentional, always considering both my insurance coverage and personal financial responsibility before recommending treatments. Her daughter, Dr. Roo, is equally amazing--skilled, gentle, and very light-handed, which makes a huge difference in the chair. I've been to other dental offices in the past where it felt like the focus was more on high-cost treatments rather than what truly made sense for the patient. That is absolutely not the case here. First of I DON'T LIKE GOING TO THE DENTIST, but I have to say, after my wife did some searching for a family dentist, we tried this place. Plus we were paying dental insurance so we might as well. From the moment we arrived, the staff was nothing but helpful and super friendly. They made us feel welcome like family and they are very good at what they do. They processed our paperwork quickly, knowing the in and outs of the insurance forms. They take most insurances and this family owned practice is mom, dad, daughter and son, all dentists. Dr. Rou and all the people there are super awesome and friendly. Got an appointment really quickly, all the staff were super accommodating and explained anything that you wanted explained. They also go at your pace and are always double and triple checking to make sure you're comfortable and nothin's hurting. All the dental work got done super quickly too. Had 5 fillings and it was done in I think 30 or 40 minutes. And that was with some extra time for Dr Rou to make absolute certain the fillings didn't make my teeth feel different. Is pretty much the friendliest dentist office I've been to. 10/10 would recommend Dr Rou and all her staff for all dentist things and maybe even non-dentist things if they did that. I found Priority Dental online. I read the reviews and liked what I read. I made a visit and spoke to Tania. She was very friendly and gave me the information I needed. I told her I have super anxiety going to the dentist. She assured me that I would be well taken care of. After my insurance approved my appointment, I got a full mouth x-ray and saw pictures of my teeth. I needed a root canal and a tooth extraction. Dr. Karimi did the root canal thru my bridge. I was told by another dentist (who does not take my insurance coverage) that my bridge would need to come out and have another one made. Dr. Karimi saved my bridge and saved me money. I had absolutely NO pain. She is Amazing! Her assistant, Roshel, suctioned my mouth the entire time and never felt like I was choking. She is kind, friendly and made me feel relaxed. She is the best. A week later I came in to have the tooth extraction done. Dr. Karimi numbed my gums. I had NO pressure and NO pain. Honest truth. Came in today since I had pain on my tooth and from the moment I walked in the vibe felt very welcoming. Tania and Joana who are in the front desk were super nice as I waited to get called in. Once I got called in I was greeted by Roshel, who was super friendly. She made me feel at ease during the whole process and would tell me every detail that was happening and she also would check up on me which I appreciated since I've never been fond of going to the dentist so she helped ease my nerves. I don't recommend this place. I couldn't even get past the rude staff to give this place a chance. Chose HMO dental for the first time. Called and let them know I selected them and want a future appointment. Receptionist proceeded to give me attitude and make it seem like my call was an extreme inconvenience. Then tried to scam me and say my appointment would have to be paid for in cash even though I have insurance. What sort of scam is this? I insistently ended the call and switched dentists. Also the staff is extremely friendly, and so was the dentist so that does not have anything to do with my review. The reason for the one-star is them trying to rip us off! They were trying to charge us almost $3,000 when after getting a second opinion (which Dental Dental advised us to do) we only had to pay $144. I was directed to Priority Dental after I had taken my 89 year old mother to a horrible dentist. We were both traumatized after that experience. Dr. Parvini and her amazing staff were so kind and gentle with my mom who is terrified of dental work. Dr. Parvini diagnosed two major issues that the other dentist had failed to mention. She recommended a great endodontist to do two root canals. Dr Parvini and her staff finished up that work expertly. My mom's teeth look beautiful.
