He then walked to the screening machine with the t-shirt I had chosen. Less than 10 minutes later he returned with my brand new, freshly minted Trivium t-shirt. I had called to complain but that complaint fell on def ears. The guy I spoke to (one of the owners) very rude, spoke to me and accused me of lying about the situation. I had explained "why would I lie?" but that did nothing. I also asked for my artwork back that I had paid for them to do years earlier to take to another company and they refused. It wasn't worth going to court over so I found another company that I went to that does a WAY better job and treat me nice. They ever recreated my artwork for free! I have been with them for the last 5 years and am very happy. On one hand I am unhappy that I got treated bad but on the other I am a lot better off without this company doing my shirts. I hope it was worth it!

Came here to have some T-Shirts made for some employees who created a hiking club at work. We decided to surprise the employees and provide them with T-Shirts for their next hike so I had to get these made within a week. T-Shirt Mart made it happen. As soon as I walked in an employee said we'll be with you in one moment. I waited for five minutes and then sat down with one of their designers desk. He was upbeat and very kind and very familiar with their capabilities and turn around and also has great knowledge of the type of T-shirts they have and all the different varieties. The whole transaction to design the T-shirt took somewhat about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the design. Once their graphic design team creates the design for you they send you an email for your approval. They do not make your T-shirts until they get paid in full. And when you pick up your T-shirts, it's very important that you have your invoice with you as you will not be able to get your T-shirts released to you until you have the original paperwork. It took less than a week to get my T-shirts and when I picked up the T-shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and overall outcome with my shirts. I saw a lot of people coming in and out getting family reunion T-shirts made, and also bachelorette T-shirts for the bridal party. I highly recommend T-shirt Mart if you need to have any customized personalized clothing or merchandise in the San Diego area.
