Beats Staples Copy Center any day. These guys are great, they'll get your plans printed within an hour if you want to wait for it (small packages like maybe 50 sheets or so) They'll even give you a free digital copy sent to your email. One time I forgot to save my download from their server and asked if they still had a copy on their home server. they took the time and found it for me. excelente! prices are on par with other repro places. read more

First let me start off by saying that this place is a cut above the rest. I was in the area looking for a place to print a large copy for an upcoming event. I looked on YELP and found this place was right around the corner. So I decided to try it out. Immediately I was greeted with warm smiles and professional courtesy. They helped me out greatly and I was even able to use their computer to access my email to pull the image. Prices are fantastic, even when compared to the alternatives (i.e. Kinkos and such). The customer service alone was incredible and the price was even better. I now go here for any prints I need, large or small. I live all the way in San Jose and I'm happy to make this drive anytime I need to. read more

I have been using Prints Charles Reprographics as the primary shop for large-format printing over the last 2 years at our office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch print shop in the South Bay. If you are in the architecture, construction, or engineering field, this place is a hidden gem. Prints Charles will go out of their way to make sure the service and print production is right. The accounts process begins with setting up a single order or creating an account for a different options on payment terms. We went with NET30, but many others are available. Once an account is on file you can send orders ahead of the payment. The shop is a efficient operation. You can bring in files on a USB thumb drive or upload using their website submission tool. The upload tool is quite handy when you are submitting a order for several files of multiple sizes. You can write out the print instructions at any length on the first page, and tool will save your contact information for future orders. By default the prints come bound; this would make sense for large prints but as most of our sheet sets are small I will usually request it with no binding. The last page is the file uploader where you can pick a number of files to uploaded. Once you click "finish" you'll get an email notification that the order has been received. The given minimum turn-around time for a print is 1hr, but if it is for a small print (40 sheets or less) I find that they often are able to complete it much faster. For a quick print during a slower hour in the day may work, but I would not push that time as often the queue can vary. A real person reviews each order that comes in and if there are any questions they will often call you for clarification. It has saved me several times when they picked on an order that an was incorrectly submitted. The team on staff is quite knowledgeable. Often, I have come to them to propose a printing solution, but team is able to come up with a solution that is cheaper and faster than I had thought from their wide selection of print mediums. Shipping services are available through them as well. Overnight shipping is done through couriers such as GSO & OnTrac with standard shipping available as well. Often, I have found that the overnight shipping can be significantly cheaper than similar services offered through UPS or FedEx. Overall, PCR offers fantastic service. Large format printing has become a breeze allowing me to focus on my main work. read more

I discover this place by searching yelp. Call them on the phone and they were very friendly and answered my questions. I came in to get a set of plans printed, The staff was very friendly upon my initial arrival and they had no problems understanding what I needed. They printed my plans and quick time and actually sooner than promised. Print quality was excellent price was very reasonable and service was absolutely outstanding.!! My first day at a new job, I was tasked to find a printing service that can do large format prints, in color. My boss wanted it right away and he sent me off at 4:30pm and requested to have it ready by 9am the next morning. I called all around places like staples, Fed ex, and other print shops that came up in search results on google. I have never needed these services before, so barely had any knowledge of what I was looking for as a deliverable or output. Every place I reached out to was extremely overpriced and I was feeling a bit stressed. I stumbled across Prints Charles on yelp so I decided to drop in on my way to work the following morning and they were a breath of fresh air to deal with. Everyone from Evan to Brian to Richard, the entire staff here is amazing!!! I cannot stress enough how amazing this company and the people here are. They were friendly, accommodating, quick, reliable, and much much more. If I could give more stars, I would, and I don't say that lightly. Rarely am I inspired to write a yelp review, but I felt compelled to have to let the world know, I highly recommend this place for all your printing needs. Great place to get your prints done. Much less expensive than SJ Blue, Kinkos etc. And they take care of the customer. I asked when my prints would be ready, and the gentlemen told me whenever I wanted them ready by. They welcome walk ins and usually if its a small job they can do it right away. Go check them out. I was in the area looking for any print shop that was close by and I'm so glad I came across this place on Yelp. I was greeted immediately once I stepped in the door. The staff was very friendly and not only did they help me with what I needed to get printed but also saved me some time by offering to have the picture printed and glued onto a board for me which I needed to do anyways. The whole process was so fast. I would definitely suggest everyone to come here if they need to have anything printed. read more

Excellent, excellent service! This review is particularly for Brian. I had an interview a month ago and needed to print my resume, my printer broke down unexpectedly that morning, so I needed to find a printing place ASAP. After making a few calls to nearby printing places, Prints Charles was one that I called that had special paper for resumes and would let me print from my USB. I drove to the facility and Brian took my USB, printed the resume, showed me the final product, THEN brought out different types of resume paper to choose from, then printed the final product on resume paper. AND come to find out that they normally don't print resumes, but did offer this service to me! It just goes to show how excellent my customer service experience was with them. I'll never forget how helpful Brian was in facilitating my resume that morning before my interview. In the end... I got the job! It was a win-win situation that day! read more

amazing service! i am in town for just overnight and needing a place to rush print a few 18x24 plus mounting on a foam board. other places either close earlier or backlog or just too slow. i found prints charles and got the best treatment. when i got there to pick up i was told the mounting/lamination machine was temporarily down due to some internal changes/moves. disappointed but they were extremely apologetic and helpful to find another place to do the mounting instead PLUS they did not charge me for the printing!!! i was shocked because i know the printing costs quite a bit. also, on my way out a little girl also gave me a little cute gift of bracelet (Christmas gift). i highly recommend this place not just for their quality of work but for the super friendly service, generosity, and for making you feel welcomed, for understanding your needs, and for valuing you as their customer. read more
