I ordered a package from LL Bean in December 2025 and had it sent to my home via UPS. I received a…read morecall in early January 2026 from LL Bean letting me know that UPS returned it to their factory noting that it was never picked up at their UPS facility in Bound Brook, NJ. A facility that I am nowhere near. With the fact that I chose the option to have it delivered to my home, there is zero reason why it would have been delivered to and then returned from their store. I then received a 2nd call from LL Bean today (1-30-26) letting me know that it happened a 2nd time after it was reshipped. And to the UPS store that is nowhere near me. They need to train their employees how to read shipping orders and also the notes in the orders that state directions clearly.
