Very poor customer service Gentlemen and Ladies, At the beginning of May 2022, I called the Print Three Company at Eglinton and Yonge St. I spoke with Mr. Adrian Oud. The quote for 240 double sided copies of a report, 240 envelopes addressed, stuffed and shipped to Canada Post, was $850.00 plus HST ($960.50). The postage per letter of $0.5150 plus HST would be separate. I agreed and provided my Credit Card numbers over the phone. On June 6, 2022 I e-mailed, Mr. A. Oud, and stated that I paid for 240 letters, however, as per the invoice from the post office, only172 were mailed. 68 letters were Not mailed $3.54 per letter = I am owed a refund of $240.72. A few days later I wrote again and also phoned Print Three at Yonge and Eglinton. I was told that a manger would return my call and handle the problem. To date I have not received any reply from Mr. Oud or anyone else from the company. In June I received my May credit card statement and noticed that $960.50 was charged twice (on May 12, 2002 when I gave my credit card number to Mr. A. Oud, and again on May 30, 2022). On May 31, 2022 a postage fee of $102.10 was charged to my credit card, which was correct! On June 20, 2022 I personally went to Print Three on Eglinton. I was told that no manager was in the office. I left a package (copies of e-mails, invoices and my credit card statement) and was told that I would get a reply within a couple of days. On July 11, 2022 at 2:40PM I called Print Three, and again I was told that no manager was in the office that day, but I would get a reply the next day. Four days later, still no reply from anyone at Print Three. I was sure that the missing 68 not mailed letters and the 2nd of $960.50 on my CC was an error and both would be rectified as soon as possible. I wrote one more e-mail and made 2 more phone calls to Print Three at Eglinton & Yonge St. No reply! I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and asked for help. After a month I was told that the Print Three Company has not replied to their e-mails or phone calls. I was told that all they can do is lower the rating, which they have done! I have contacted the credit card company! My next step is to forward the matter to the Small Claims court. Print Three has been in business for many years, and generally has a good reputation. The man who owns Print 3 at The Yonge/Eglinton Centre is Nick Rabin. We had some laminating done...Nick Rabin took half of our items because he wanted them for himself. Nick Rabin is not an honest businessman. Needless to say, we will not be giving Nick Rabin any more of our business. read more

So you walk in the place and a guy from office yells at you to stick your USB and do print. I printed 4 pgs black and white for astronomic price of $4. I was expecting to pay 15C a copy as in the place next door. I asked why he said he charges 3$ flat fee to plug in our USB into computer for printing. RIP OFF read more

Don't listen to the post here moaning about his 4 page copy job. I've done jobs large and small and these guys are always friendly, fast, efficient and incredibly cost effective. Best print shop I've ever used by a long shot. read more

After confirming a full week before delivery on what was needed AND giving my CC info, they responded 5 days later that they never received that info and will no longer to be able to complete the project. Why did they not reach out prior to this? He could not remember my name... They were not able to provide an explanation for why this happened and I will never work with them again and hope others do not as well. I would put 0 stars if possible. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. I work with printers around the world on a daily basis and never have I experienced this before. I recently came across this store today. I was hunting to print off an e-mail I in color. I thought I could print off my 2 pages in the library however they only do black and white. I was pleased to hear this store would allow me to print off my e-mail. It came to 2 pages and was charged $1 per page. I will defiantly come use this location again when I find myself in a printing bind. read more

I've been using this location of Print 3 for over 10 years. The staff and management continues to deliver value and service excellence each time I visit. Nick, the owner is always friendly and helpful. The staff falls over themselves to make sure you're happy. Each visit is like dropping in on family that are so happy to see you. This place sucks, the guy there can barely speak english and they swear in front you if their printer is having problems. The place is very crowded and they give you no attention as they are too busy talking to each other. I just needed 3 colour pages printed for my assignment at school and it took them upwards of 5 minutes. I was waiting to pay and they had complimentary chocolates on the desk which was nice, too bad there were 3 left and were either crushed or opened. The guy then charged me $4.37 for the papers and I asked him why. He said that $2 was for my use of the computer which I did not use as I brought in a USB and asked him to print it for me and the rest was for the paper. However he kept giving me reasoning on the price and I got tired of his voice and paid my $4 for him to stop talking. Would never go again or recommend to anyone, I don't even know why this place is open. read more

Staff is very helpful and productive by the owner is such a rip off. He charged me $30 for a brochure I designed myself for a school project. Single brochure $30. This is not his first time. He over charged me previously too. I am never going back. read more
