I walked in there with such pain to my feet, it felt like walking on eggshells. When I left, I felt so relieved and out of pain and comfortable again. It makes a world of a difference going to that clinic and interacting with the staff that's in there because they actually care. I would recommend it to anyone.

I always get put on hold anywhere between 10-20 minutes when scheduling an appointment via telephone. There aren't enough doctors so they schedule many people for the few doctors they do have. What's even more unacceptable is the fact that I have been waiting an hour AFTER seeing my doctor for referral papers. I even asked about metro card availability hours before and still have not received an answer regarding that. There is so reason why the place is packed but there is only one person in the front end. There is only one medical assistant also so people who need their blood work done need to wait hours for that service too. Everything is so backed up and inconvenient. Essen medical really needs to improve their service!
