Tadeusz Majchrzak, MD, is the Physician-in-charge and runs a no nonsense establishment. He is a doctor that looks at the whole patient and makes certain that his patients are thoroughly examined and cared for. The medical staff on site is second to none. The ladies are always pleasant and are uplifting when they speak with you. These women are experts in their field and administer tests and assistance to the patients with love and care. Everything is done onsite, blood work and all. The phlebotomist on staff is excellent. I never feel any pain when having blood work done or receiving vaccinations. Just seeing the ladies when they greet you to come inside puts a smile on your face. To start off with I Booked an appointment 1:00pm and then got a text message confirming my 2:15pm appointment without a call from the office of any reason why my appointment was moved. I was desperate to see a doctor so I had to cancel some work meetings to make this appointment. I now know why this was the only doctor in the area that had openings... I thought I had made a mistake the second I walked into the office and saw three different posts advertising Botox treatments, but other's in the waiting room didn't seem to be there just to get Botox so I decided to wait it out. I waited it out for 1 hour. No communication from the nurse or front desk and finally I talked to a nurse for about 10 minutes, had my temperature, blood pressure and symptoms taken. Then I went back out to the front and waited for an additional 45 minutes just to, ultimately, talk to the doctor for another 15 minutes. He proceeded to kind of mock / laugh at me for wasting my time since I just had a cold and I just had to get over it. That's it. No medication. No solution. Which is fine I guess, it is what it is but did that really have to take 2 Hours of my time? I also really didn't appreciate the doctors bedside manner. Maybe this isn't the place for you if you're looking for non-botox related help.

His front office staff is ok, but since he's been getting popular here in Astoria, the wait times have increased. Also he's affiliated with mount Sinai of Queens. Which is helpful if you need to goto the emergency room there. As the doctors there will contact him and if you need to be admitted, you will end up seeing him. Yes he does visit his patients at your beside. Either in your room , or in the Emergency Room. Also he is great with elderly patients too. My mother picked him as her primary care doctor, and her internist. She has nothing but praise for him.
