They informed in in order to get a prescription refilled, I needed to schedule an appointment, however the prescription was recommended by an outside doctor. I've had the same conversation now 3 times and not one person I've spoken with has even tried to fix the problem (scheduling an appointment), but have just flat out denied my request. Each time, I've given them details and they have reluctantly filled my prescription. This is super infuriating.

Once he was done I tried asking him about a little mark I have on my leg he didnt looked at it and told me I was in for a phisical. Second I got a bill from my insurance for $78 for some test they did. I'm a healthy person and obviously they knew I was doing my physical since the doctor was very mean once I tried asking him something else. Not sure why they send test that are not included on the biannual check. That would not have bother me so much if I would had gotten the results but I never got a follow up from them on how to check my results. I tried calling them to get them but so far they havent send them to me.

Johnson & Johnson 1-Shot was administered by kindly Dr. Michael Moy, 100% painless with a special ultra-thin needle. Dr. Moy then gave me a 15 minute observation period, during which we had a pleasant conversation about our old neighborhood etc, as he observed for any reaction to the vaccine. After 15 minutes he sent me on my way, with the proviso that it would be 2 weeks until I was fully immunized. I experienced no discomfort at all in the past 9 days, just a small swelling in the muscles under the injection site that caused no pain. Dr. Moy told me that he will take care of anyone who needs a vaccination, whether they have Insurance or not! 'Definitely recommend this new Medical Facility , located near the subway in Elmhurst.
