Upon my search, I knew I wanted a woman of color specializing in relationships whether it be family or romantic partners. After reading her profile I was convinced and I sent a note. She dialed me immediately and I cried. It was then when I knew I had to move forward to an in person meeting and continue sessions. Raquele made me feel safe earlier on. Where my outlandish thoughts and behavior was welcomed and not judged. It feels very natural to me, and not the kind of questions and dynamic you see in films. It's all relaxing and welcoming environment. She's very knowledgeable too! She always recommends books and passages for me to read to give me perspective and challenge my thoughts. Love it all. She affirms me and it makes me feel like I'm not alone or crazy to think/behave the way I do. Over the last few months together with consistent sessions, I am truly a better woman thanks to her. Ive grown up a lot, with her help! I've been through a lot this past year with the various categories of life, and she has been a constant figure who pushes me to show up for myself and heal through it all. Alright, basically if you're looking for someone to help you grow or work out some stuff, she's your girl. Love you so much Raquele (if you're reading this!)

Therapy 24x7 is a scam. Terrible customer service. The billing department doesn't have a phone…read morenumber. All you can do is leave a message with the front desk who then sends a message to billing who never calls you back. I was charged almost $700 for two months of sessions that they claim my insurance didn't cover (even though I had the same insurance for two years of sessions here, and it was always covered). My insurance company DID cover this, which I and they have proof of, and my insurance company also couldn't reach the billing department because THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER and won't respond to e-mails in a timely manner. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank since this billing department not only continues to ignore me but refuses to provide any sort of invoice, bill or proof that my insurance "didn't cover" two months of sessions. Also, they didn't even notify me or send me a bill--they just directly charged my card 5 times the amount they normally do without any explanation. I have bills and rent to pay. I can't afford that. This is ridiculous.
