I called to inquire about a refund and after over and hour on the phone of them saying that they cant give a refund they finally settled and said they would. Then a month later I check my bank account and they still have not issued a refund. I call my bank and they told me they never received it. Then I called mindful care and they say they sent the refund.... So I am just out $150 dollars. THEN I get a bill from my insurance company telling me I owe them over $500 in fees from Mindful Care. WHAT THE??? I am self pay so they should have never sent anything to my insurance???? I called and ask about this and they said they would figure it out, but after repeated calls for months they have not. I literally have had more psychological stress since becoming a patient here. Never go here! I would give zero stars if I could!
