The only reason for four stars instead of five was that the loan took a little longer to get then we hoped (about 1.5-2 months total), and towards the end we were not really sure when we would be able to close. (This is partially on us -- we were trying to close ASAP, and they did their best to accommodate us -- but in the last week we were just waiting to hear back on exactly what day we could close.) Overall, we are very satisfied with Wells Fargo.
