The staff are competent, sincere, professional and the communication is excellent - most important when visiting from overseas. I was in Florence for a week launching my daughter at university, and was looking to buy an Italian suit for my upcoming wedding. Pietro couldn't have been more helpful and I found the type of suit I was looking for immediately. He understood I was on a limited time schedule and arranged for alterations to be completed before I left. Pier handled the pickup effortlessly. Everything was considered and well thought-out, and efficient without feeling rushed. I'm very grateful to Eredi Chiarini for removing any concern and making the whole experience a joy.

He quickly agreed to fix it. We kept in touch by phone and sent a video. The final result is fantastic! You can tell he takes pride in his work and we highly recommend Mossi!
