My son saw a therapist here for about a year and a half in K and 1st to work on articulation for F and then the L sound. I thought his speech therapist was great and really knew her stuff. She wasn't warm and fuzzy, but she got things done. IMO toward the end of my sons time there, it seemed like he had mastered his F and L sound, but I felt like they dragged it out longer than necessary. I wanted to bring my son back to work on his R sounds which is the last thing he has to work on, but they are so hard to reach via phone. The manager will not take 2 minutes to talk to you EVER, it's always a call back within 24-48 hours. I just find it unreasonable when you are a long standing client paying the prices that they charge. I also wanted to request therapists I remembered from before that are still on the website, but when I requested them, I was told they had left over a year ago. I don't understand why they have speech therapists on the website who are not there! It's obviously updated with current events; it makes no sense to me. The manager talked to me like I was an idiot for requesting people who aren't there. She is frustrating to deal with. I've talked to a few other moms and we all agreed the manager is just plain rude. On the bright side, your kids don't deal with the manager, and most of the therapists seem pretty knowledgeable. read more
