They get that because when you leave a bad review, they offer money to take it down and leave a good one. We moved 18 months ago. They lost all our kitchenware... plates, bowls, etc. they lost family heirlooms, antiques and things that were of emotional value to me. When my husband left a poor review, they said they would pay to have it removed. He accepted without thinking. We had hardly unpacked all the boxes. We knew all the kitchen stuff was missing. But after opening everything, the truth became clear. I am still heartbroken about what is missing. But there is nothing I can do now except warn others! Don't do it, go somewhere else. We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2. One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. Please note it was a very painful experience and no one deserves this kind of billing or nonsense
