First off he has a disability that the Director was well aware of before he even started, therapist entered the center to work with him. The center was also given a stipend for a one on one to come in with him daily, Director never signed the paperwork for it to occur but yet she wants to put all the blame on his parent & my four year old nephew! He's been left unsupervised in a restroom and he's been left unattended on the playground where he was hurt. I am beyond hurt that someone would label a child with a disability as being bad. This is discrimination and we will not let this slide or be tolerated! I watch my nephew plenty of times and yes he's four and has to be corrected but if he's properly treated correctly and spoken to correctly he's a smart well mannered child. Do not send your child here if they have a disability because they will get mistreated.

The "daycare" is housed in what I can only assume were the oldest and dingiest parts of the church it calls home, where no adults would want to voluntarily spend any time. The roof leaks when it rains, and the room they decided to put all the infants in turns out to be moldy and smell of what I'd guess is toxic mildew. The smell of the air gives you a headache almost immediately. I feel sorry for the babies that have to lie in that musty stench all day. On more than one occasion, I've seen running cockroaches on the floors and walls...during the middle of the day. If you can see this many bugs out in the daylight, try to imagine what's living in the walls and pantries (they serve kids meals in this building). The road to even get to the church/daycare looks like something you'd see in Afghanistan, after the bombers really unloaded on it. Check your suspension before you drive down it to drop off your kids. Some of those potholes can swallow a compact car fairly easily. But the real clincher for this facility is the completely inept management. I don't know if any of you have met a toddler or had the pleasure or trying to raise one. They sometimes throw tantrums when they don't get their way. My family isn't loaded, so we chose to forgive some of the aesthetic issues going on here for the Christian spirits and warm personalities of the women who work there. Many of them genuinely cared for my kid, and he loved them. But several seemed to be completely unsuited for child care, specifically the management. My wife and I work full-time, and we pay daycare to watch our kids. We don't have the luxury of taking texts and calls every time our son doesn't want to clean up his area or wants to keep reading a book. Having to come pick him up every time he threw a fit cost us both hours at work and the cost of childcare he wasn't receiving. To have a daycare call you and tell you to "come pick up your son, and he isn't welcome back" with no notice of where he will go to school tomorrow or how I'm supposed to handle it is UNACCEPTABLE. We, as a family, forgave your many faults. Now, we are going to celebrate them in public. This "business" should not be in business. Having staff from my old high school nearby made me feel comfortable knowing there would be good guidance and discipline. This place can be stricter than most but learned to appreciate it as the kids are more ready for Elementary than other places can prepare them. The owners truly love their kids and try to incorporate all kinds of fun activities to make things have a different appeal. It definitely is an older place but I prefer that knowing it's been around a while and has good standing with the community. Of course could use some renovations especially in the bathroom areas but budget can only allow for so much! Would send another child here if I had to!
