Even books are given in the curriculum and they are not used as parents are told. The "snacks" are cheap. Communication with parents is nonexistent--good luck getting a response without being berated by the front office staff with an attitude. Michelle, Tanny and Annabel are all involved in this. We love the teachers, the administrative team, and have celebrated many milestones with classmates & their parents. KA fosters a fun, safe, and healthy environment for the kids, teachers, and parents. The teachers are always creating engaging learning activities for my son. The teachers are super helpful with techniques of transition like bottles to cups, pacifier weening, eating solids, trying new foods, potty training, riding a tricycle, etc. Drop-offs are a breeze, my son looks forward to seeing his friends and teachers each day (if they are on vacation he totally welcomes the change with ease bc all of the teachers are fantastic and he is familiar with all of them) Pickups are also joyful, the excitement to see me and joy to end the day by giving hugs and sharing goodbyes around the classroom and through out the hallways fills my heart! During COVID their mask mandate, dropoff/pickup routine and cleaning protocols kept our minds at complete ease (for our little guy health and a member in our household personal health concerns during unprecedented times). My niece attends this school in the 4-year-old classroom. Recently, she came home complaining that…read moreher arm was hurting and stated that Ms. Sandy took her into the bathroom and pinched her under the arm. The incident was reported to the director, but the only action taken appears to have been filing a report and moving her to another classroom. At four years old, my niece is fully capable of communicating what happened to her, and the physical marks supported her statement. Despite this, the teacher is still employed at the school. We were also informed that the cameras are only monitored live and do not record footage, which raises serious concerns regarding accountability and student safety. As a parent or family member, this situation is extremely disturbing. I would not recommend this daycare based on how this matter was handled. I believe incidents involving allegations of physical harm toward a child should be taken far more seriously and investigated thoroughly. I intend to follow up with the appropriate state agencies to request a formal inspection and review of this facility. No child should ever feel unsafe in a learning environment, and no teacher accused of inappropriate physical conduct should remain in the classroom without a proper investigation.

She started off in toddler where her teacher Ms. Nunu worked we us to get her potty trained! All of the teacher are great and loving ! I can't say enough good things about this daycare. From the very first day, the staff made my children feel welcomed, safe, and cared for. They treat the kids like family, and it shows in how happy and excited my little ones are to go every morning. The teachers are patient, loving, and truly dedicated to helping the kids learn and grow. I've noticed so much progress in my children's social skills, confidence, and learning since they started here. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing my kids are in great hands. I'm so grateful to have found a daycare that provides not only care, but also a nurturing environment where my kids can thrive. Highly recommend!
