They are so loving, so sweet and they do genuinely care for the kids. They also do a ton of really great projects. We get lots of educational work and art projects each day. We moved from New York City and had access to some of the best schools there, and I have to say this school exceeded my expectations. It's also a lot more affordable than some of the other schools. My daughter (age 6) is now going there this summer and his having a great time.

She started kindergarten this year with so much confidence, and I fully believe it's from the lessons she's learned at Grace. My children have absolutely adored their teachers and classmates, and I couldn't be happier with the entire Grace team. They truly care about the kids. Their lessons are incredibly well rounded to give them the education they need, while also being nurturing and kind every step of the way. I will forever be grateful for the Grace team!

That gives us experience with 3 classrooms (2,4&7) and we have thoroughly enjoyed them all. Each room has a unique style and personality which seems to have matched with our children's personalities quite well. The school as a whole has been very supportive in every situation that has risen be it with potty training, pandemic response, separation anxiety, social concerns etc...The teachers we have love what they do and it shows. I'd say the same for the office manager and head of school. They are quick to respond and very helpful. The only thing we miss from our previous preschool is the private photo groups so we had a little more insight into the day. On the other hand at our previous school I saw teachers scrolling their phones multiple times with a class full of kids so I appreciate why that's not a priority here. Last year I felt a bit intimidated with the communication style but I think it has improved immensely since then. Academic wise we see a love of learning growing in our kids as well as increased confidence, independence, and pride in their accomplishments. I think it's safe to say everyone wants those things for their kids and I feel like their growth is really fostered here. It's great to see my kids to really hone in and focus on what interests them. All in all we are really excited to continue here, the kids love it and so do we.

Things went from good to worse depending on the behavior of the girl that would bully her and bully other students. The last time I talked about this to the school principal, she said that we needed to have "grace" for the girl that was a bully. After three years of this going on, that was the expectation. So my daughter could be bullied but the expectation for her was to have "grace" give the bully the "opportunity to learn from it". This knowing that other parents had complained about the same kid for several times. Now, she's at a school that holds the students accountable and has an actual policy against bullying and does not tolerate it.

As we prepare to say goodbye, it already feels incredibly emotional. What makes this school so special is the people. Every teacher and staff member genuinely knows and cares for each child and family. The thoughtfulness and consistency, year after year and across both of our kids, has been remarkable. Our children were given a joyful, confidence-building start, with the perfect balance of play and early academics. As we head to Greenhill School, we feel incredibly grateful for how well they've been prepared. We also found our community here. Some of our closest friendships started at this school, which says everything about the environment they've created. We are so grateful for these five years. My girls started attending in preschool, and like many moms, I was anxious about the transition to a new school. We are Frisco residents and make the commute to Plano daily. CCDS immediately ensured the transition was seamless. We enrolled them in the summer day camp before the fall start, and they quickly fell in love with the staff and their peers. The teachers are excellent and are attentive, nurturing, and truly invested in each child. Both of my girls have grown tremendously, not only academically but also in confidence. The lesson plans are thoughtfully designed to build strong foundational skills and prepare students to become highly capable readers by the time they graduate. My only gripe is that the school doesn't go beyond kindergarten :( I'm genuinely sad it stops there! From the cleanliness of the bright classrooms to the enrichment classes offered and the nutritious meals provided, everything feels thoughtfully curated for my girls. They are excited to go to school each day and even more excited at pickup to tell me all about it. I can tell how loved they are because every staff member knows them by name and treats us like family. If you're looking for a loving place where your child can truly thrive, look no further!

It was a lengthy process in choosing her first school and we are very pleased to have chosen Primrose. The school and the staff have been playing a significant role in the development and growth of our daughter. Over time since she joined, Isha loved going to school. Apart from the outstanding curriculum, numerous other activities like Christmas celebrations, Easter Egg Hunt, the annual graduation ceremony, etc., have piqued Isha's interest and made her appreciate the time she is spending in school. It is to be noted that the staff put in a lot of time, effort and energy into the execution of the aforementioned events that they end up being really grand, rich and thoroughly memorable experiences for students and parents alike. The school has also ensured that they strictly meet the dietary requirements of each child. The staff also do a commendable job in communicating with us about the child's daily activities, upcoming events, payment reminders and accommodating many other requests we've made. It has been a breeze communicating with Ms. Corrine, especially, and she has always been prompt, quick and always helpful in her response. Our special mention goes to Ms. Alissa. Ever since Ms. Alissa became the class teacher for Pre-K-2, Isha wasn't just happy but was excited to go to school. We, as parents, could clearly see that Ms. Alissa genuinely cared about the kids in the class, made them all feel inclusive, provided individual care to each one of them and actually wanted them to be happy & comfortable. The very manner she greets the kids in the morning not only brightens their days but ours as well. As we drop off our daughter and drive away in the morning, we feel relieved and at peace knowing that Ms. Alissa is there to take care of our daughter. We also want to thank Ms. Margie (who in Isha's words is a very sweet teacher), Ms. Shilpi, Mr. Alan (whose high-fives instantly cheer up Isha in the morning), Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Heather.

The new staff began going off protocols and doing whatever they wanted to do. I witnessed an employee changing one of the infants on the playmat where the kids play when there was an available changing table, she would undress all of the kids while eating lunch instead of simply using a bib, and admittedly lied about daily documentation (specifically when and how much my child was eating). The outside play equipment was filthy and my kid would have clothes covered in dirt. We ultimately had to leave due to safety concerns.

My sons' reading and writing skills are advanced for their age, and I attribute much of that to this school - they assign extra homework packets to the students, but not so much that the kids don't enjoy it. The best part is that my sons enjoy the program. Their lives have been truly enriched by the teachers, staff and friends they've made at Discovery Montessori.

In addition to being invested in providing a great curriculum, they are committed to providing a well-rounded nutritional program daily. They are a breath of fresh air and have been so great to our family. Everyone has made us feel so at home and there are so many things about this school that I've been impressed with. One is how amazing the teachers are. My 5 year old is in pre-k and I am confident they are preparing him for kindergarten in the fall. The teachers have been patient and kind and have really worked with us to make sure he is progressing both socially and academically. I love seeing and hearing what he is doing during the day.. My 2 year old loves his teachers too and they are always so warm and friendly. I'm seeing him grow and thrive as well! I love the daily reports I receive so I can know what my kids are learning through the day, and the teachers are wonderful about telling you things you can work on with your kids. Administration can be a pain point for some, but not at Primrose! They are on their game 100% Communication is fantastic and proactive and I am always prepared for what's coming soon and what's happening next- from tuition, to events, to incident reports (Which begin with "First of all, (your kid) is safe." I love that- it's a small thing, but that's the kind of thing I notice). It's incredible. On top of that, they are just about the nicest people you could ever meet, in the most authentic way. My kids are happy, learning a lot, getting fed amazing nutritious meals, and being well cared for. Trusting others to watch your kids for you can be so stressful, and I'm so glad we enrolled our kids here to check worry off my list. Primrose Preston Meadow is the best!
