She sings beautifully, plays with the kids, and connects with them in such a natural and joyful way. She placed the crown on my daughter in a very special moment, organized beautiful activities, did the girls' makeup, played games like "the floor is lava" and "hot potato," and sang Happy Birthday with us. This company/person came highly recommend! I Hired months in advanced, to only have my party outsourced to another talent. The person sent in replacement had no idea how to face paint. Colors were all blended and not was depicted on the company's website. My biggest advice to others considering booking is to ask the right questions before hand. This was my first time hiring a performer for a party but it definitely won't be my last. I hired Princess Charming Parties to have Queen Elsa at my daughter's 4th, Frozen themed birthday party and it was a great experience for me, my daughter, and all of the kids at her party. First of all, I always appreciate businesses that cater to their customers online. The Princess Charming website was great for finding out everything that I needed to know about their services and prices. I also used their website to book Elsa for the party. Shortly after I completed the booking form online, I received an email with an attached contract for services and a link to the PayPal account where I could make the 50% deposit required to hold my date. I completed the contract, scanned and emailed it back, and then made my payment for deposit. The whole process was smooth and convenient. The day of the party "Elsa" texted me that she was on her way and then again when she arrived. She made a grand entrance through the back with her song "For the First Time in Forever" playing as she came in to greet the kids who were super excited to see her. Elsa looked awesome! She performed an honorary coronation for my daughter then entertained the kids with a variety of fun games, all of which she had brought the props for. Elsa also made fantastic balloon creations for all of the kids (and some of the adults too). She sang happy birthday to my daughter, conducted a sing along of "Let it Go" (she can actually sing too!), and even got into the bounce house to hop around with the kids for a bit. My daughter spent several days telling everybody how cool it was that Elsa came to her party. Elsa did a phenomenal job. She was worth every penny and then some. I decided to contact Princess Charming Parties about their Virtual Princess chat thing that they're doing right now and I am so glad that I did! I spoke to Valerie (I think she's one of the coordinators of everything?) and she was so sweet and helpful! She took the time to listen to all my requests and was so patient with me!
