A Hot Party

These guys were great!! And charming, and handsome to boot!! Tables are so FUN!!! Super popular all…read morenight - we had roulette, craps, and blackjack and all were busy - the guests had a GREAT time!! And... they knew our space was smaller - 400 sq feet is the minimum and we had just about that - so they brought their mini-craps table, which was 6' instead of the usual 8' These are not professional dealers - they said "we like to take great personalities and turn them into great dealers" and I think that's a great approach! Setup and breakdown were all very professional and well-handled. They left before the party broke up and didn't get in the way of the guests. They also were willing - on site - to stay an extra hour because the guests were so into the casino night. Super flexible, super friendly, and made for a really HOT PARTY, just like they said!! Thank you!!

My firm asked for an RFP and gave the owner our budget, for an annual awards gala with 500 guests…read more He relentlessly tried to negotiate for a trade-out for membership, speaking time at the event, the opportunity to show a video/give out an award. There were two replies from us stating that we don't do trade-outs, and that the videos and stage time is reserved for our highest paying member sponsors. He then started to email my members that he was a sponsor for the event and trying to sell his services. My members forwarded those to me, and the emails were quite obnoxious and desperate. We had not a signed a contract with him yet and then I had to damage control to let our members know that he was not a member and not a sponsor. If that is how the negotiating started, I can't imagine hiring Spencer or his firm with this type of aggressive behavior. He crossed the line.
