I got a chance to sample a slice of their white pizza at the Jersey Eats NJ Pizza Festival. The…read moreslice was the first one I had and yet it is still one of the most memorable for me. The crust was crispy yet soft and unbelievable - no flop! The pizza was savory and had the perfect dollops of ricotta. The cheese wasn't slopping off, everything stayed together nicely. It even had a unique crust that had "everything but the bagel" seasoning encrusted on top. I normally don't go for a white pizza but seeing this at first glance I just felt gravitated to try it and I'm glad I did! This is a great family operated pizzeria. The family is super kind and proud of their business which I took away in the few moments I interacted with them at the festival. I wish them all the best and hope to stop by for some more of their pizza if I'm ever in the area! I recommend you try them!

I think the folks in NJ who have never lived anywhere else..just have nothing to compare this place to. I mean the roads, the parks, the infrastructure, the amenities, the beaches, the water, the roads (deserves a second mention) , the shopping, the culture, the EVERYTHInG including restaurants is so very inferior to the other suburbs. Yikes! The eggplant parm was unbreaded, uncooked, unflavored, un sauced --simply gross. The calzone was so full of cheap cheese we were gagging,. Thanks Amici for not changing my opinion of this shthole state. ZERO stars

They have a great selection of slices, I ordered the white pizza with all the yummy ricotta and broccoli and my husband had their sausage and pepperoni. The pizza is thin crusted and flavorful. The server that helped us was helpful and chatty, telling us what other restaurants are around, who has the best happy hour, really fun. We enjoyed our slices so much that we stopped by again, the same day, and I got the white pizza and spinach. Hey, when you find a good slice, you enjoy it! David got the sausage pizza. We also picked up some garlic knots. What a treat! The restaurant is typical, simple New Jersey strip mall. Nothing to write home about, however they serve up great thin crust pizza. They do serve up other Italian fare, someone was picking up a huge order of lasagne, eggplant parm and meatballs, sounded delicious. Based on the person in the back folding boxes, they seem to be very popular. We tried the other pizza in town, but prefer Pomodoro's thinner no flop pizza!

Went to Strada for dinner on a weekday night. We sat inside at a communal high top table located…read morein the middle of the restaurant. We started with a spritz like cherry flavored cocktail which was pretty good. We ordered the following for dinner: the roasted zucchini app, diavolo pizza, corn pizza, rock shrimp and the eggplant. The zucchini app was excellent. Perhaps it does not look super appetizing via the photo because it is drowned in cheese, but the flavor was amazing. The zucchini came out super light and crisp, and the cheese legit melts in your mouth. The salami and vinegar created a very unique and flavorful bite. The diavolo pizza I would rank right up there and compare with one of my top favorite pizzas in NJ, "Talulas." It was excellent, as was their 'corn' pizza. The rock shrimp dinner was great. There was a tremendous amount of shrimp with a ton of flavor. The eggplant parm dinner was also great. It was comprised of super thin slices piled very high with a perfect amount of cheese & sauce. One of the best eggplant parm's I have ever had. This place was really great. 5 stars all day.

The bread had herbs and sliced garlic... the way to my heart. Alongside, we got the Tuscan kale salad and MAN was it good. I am a sucker for a kale+lemon+parm moment so it hit the spot. So fresh, zesty, tasty, and a great start to the meal. Their wood fired pizza was good! Where we sat, we had a view of the dough being rolled out so that was a fun little touch. We tried the white tartufo pizza which was perfect and a 10/10 - no notes from this mushroom lover. The chive garnish on top definitely took it home! We also tried the Margherita pie which was good, but honestly nothing too special - I might try a different red pie next time I come. Their fresh pasta was the star of the show - the spicy vodka sauce was so creamy and flavorful and melted so well with their pasta shells. I was actually OBSESSED. It was so delicious. You must try it if you are a spicy vodka connoisseur like many of us in NJ. We even ordered more to go. Cocktails were also good and strong - inventive drinks and the menu is ever changing. I got a spicy martini with pepperoncini and Calabrian chili oil in it. Real pickley and spicy but it got the job done! We tried some other cocktails and all were tasty - can't wait to try some more again soon!! We couldn't end a girls night without dessert so we went for a classic - show-stopping tiramisu. It was the perfect bite and flavors were subtle but present. Definitely can't go wrong with it!! Service was good too. Our server was very nice, patient with us talking way too much (lol), and gave us great suggestions on the menu. So glad I finally got to hit Strada and totally loved it!

I did order a pina colada and it was delicious and you are allowed to bring your own food and snacks so definitely do that. We drove and were able to park in the lot. The lot was way more crowded than the sand was, strangely. I thought there would be way more people but it was pretty light. Lots of families so definitely family friendly. They have chairs that many people were taking and sitting on in the water. Lots of picnic tables and areas to sit at. The water is really calm. It's a bay. So you can walk pretty far out and won't be knocked over by any waves. People were playing catch and just having a great time playing in the calm and cool water. It was fun. It wasn't a bad drive from New York so I'd recommend driving if you got the time.
