The cashier was inexperienced and had trouble operating the register. She kept despairing in the back room for multiple minutes at the time while the line only kept growing. She had long conversations about her personal life with each customer and addressed customers in a highly unprofessionally way such as "sweet hart" and "honey". The store was also uncomfortably hot. In addition, the Hallmark keepsakes were poorly organized.
