He came out at the expected time, gave a fair quote and since we were planning on doing it eventually anyway, I trusted him and his crew at MiCo Development Group to install a 2nd gate on the other side of the fence. The quote for the project was fair and delivered quickly through email via a customer portal. Payment for the deposit was simple and easy to do and everything was honest and straightforward. We scheduled a time for the work to be done a few weeks after the quote and Colton was communicative about the best days, letting us know that they had to adjust slightly for the Thanksgiving holiday, but was also clear in checking in ahead the day before to make sure the date worked out. When the work was done, they showed up on time and went over the agreed upon specs ahead of time. Colton and Mike paid attention to every detail I mentioned (such as a specific gate latch that I wanted) before starting. And in the middle of the job, when they accidentally hit a sprinkler line, they were honest about it and ensured that it was fixed properly before calling the job complete. The repairs were done in about half a day and now I have the piece of mind of (two!) working gates. Professional, friendly, prompt and fairly priced, as well as amazing customer service makes MiCo Development stand out above any other company here on Yelp. Per their contract, which I have a copy of, states they guarantee their workmanship. Clearly, as sighted in the images, the fence is on top of those sprinklers. In the contract, it states they are not responsible for the irrigation, however, I am not seeking them to fix anything but replace that side of the fence. The company refused. Saying that once transferred it is voided. However, it does NOT state this in the contract. The couple I purchased the home from were older and were unaware of this issue. It's unfortunate that this company would not take responsibility for properly placing the fence. Marcus, who oversaw the fencing project, stated the third party contractors did place it incorrectly -- following the sprinkler heads. This is unprofessional, as they were provided the survey. My new survey shows the fence line being off. Which, if you know, your neighbor maintains that property for 10 years, you can lose it. I don't believe I should pay a company to fix their mistakes. If I'm going to pay anyone, it'll be another company to fix it. To me, it seems like a easy way to get extra money out of people. They would have never known that the fence was improperly placed if we hadn't gotten a survey during the sell. Just beware. You trust professionals to do the job right, but these "professionals" didn't ensure that and are now costing the owners more money. BTW the owners were more than happy to communicate with the owner and he still refused. Find someone else.

On 11/21/2016 we signed a contract for the fence installation to the tune of $7800 and some change. Fence was installed on 12/2-3/2016, took two days. I removed the original fence saving almost $2500. Was told by salesman Marcus, that this fence has a lifetime warranty for materials and one year on labor, it didn't matter if I drove my lawn mower through the fence, the material would be covered, labor not. Had to have them come out twice in the first six months to repair my gate, it began to say and bind. The second time, they repositioned the gate posts further apart. Fast forward to April 2019 and called the again regarding my gate, this time the gate was cracking, PVC fencing. They came out to look at it. Told me it had been almost three years and they could sell me a new gate and install it at a discount. Called them numerous times and was told either we already sent you a quote, or that's not a manufacturing defect. Finally two weeks ago, 6/28/19, a storm had blown my gate down my driveway, called again and was told that the warranty did not cover act of God. I finally concede knowing that I have to have a gate, I pay them to come put up a new gate on 7/3/19. Was told they would not be able to make it out till Monday due to the holiday. No problem, Monday comes and goes with no call, no show. I call this morning 7/9/19 and am told my payment wasn't processed until Monday, and I would be put on the schedule at some point next week. SAVE YOURSELF the aggravation and high blood pressure. Go with anyone else. Even if it is a crackhead on the corner of Berkley and 92. At least then you know the warranty

Fence and Plus LLC…read more Contacted Sonia, owner of Fence and Plus LCC for a fence quote including a front gate. She immediately set up an appointment and was early to our appointment. She was polite and very professional; explained their services to me in an easy way. Within a few days, I had my quote and it was very competitive with the market. I did my part (submitted the necessary paperwork to my HOA and within a few days my HOA application was approved). Sonia and her team got to work immediately, got county permits and make sure all service lines were properly marked. On May 1st, her team showed up at my home and did an amazing job. Rafael (the other owner) was here to install and explain each step to me. They triple measure my property to make sure they were right where they needed to be; installed everything, added cement to each pole; cleaned everything after them. The front gate took a bit longer as it had to be custom built. Rafael came back a couple of times to make sure the measurements were perfect and on May 25 & 26, the homes front gate was finally installed. Overall: it was a great experience; very happy with the whole teams professionalism and workmanship. Emilio, the installer, was great!!!! Super happy with the whole team and highly recommend them!!

Later when I started to replace some board on board fence 6' in my yard I went with a cheaper company, bad mistake! Since purchasing the fence from the other company they have gone out of business along with the warranty. I called Williams to have someone come out to give me an estimate on them fixing one of my drive thru gates that the wind had damaged. He came out this morning and said "I can fix this for you now". I was pleasantly surprised. After he fixed my gate, I asked how much I owe and he advised nothing. I will never use anyone else but Williams from now on. They use quality products and the fly by night I used on this fence used cheap inferior products. I really do believe you get what you pay for and to always use a top notch company.
