The food is wonderful and well marked with nutritional value. Order by Wednesday and get delivered Sunday for the week. I usually order several breakfasts, lunches and dinners and it gets me thru the week with no problem. I have found that I do not spend any more than I would at the grocery store and very little waste! I used to resort to fast food a couple times a week, just for lack of food at home - no more! I habe tried many of the options. Some of my favorites are: breakfast burrito, protein balls, egg cups, chicken salad wrap, buffalo chicken wrap, broccoli stir fry, petite steak, just to name a few. I actually haven't had anything I've been disappointed with. I have to believe this is an amazing option for anyone cooking for one, I certainly have found it to be a great fit for me.

The bao bun completely fell apart. The meat was chewy. The rice, crispy rice, the base of it was not bad, but what was on top, I did not enjoy that. It might have been tuna, sushi tuna. Not sure. The third item, I am not 100% sure what it is, but I do not like the way it tastes. Now, I bet you are wondering, or you are saying to yourself, this person reviewing this food is not familiar with Asian food. Oh, but you are wrong. I am very familiar with Asian food. And I think what the problem here is is that I just do not like reworked Asian food. Because I have traveled all over Asia and I have eaten a lot of different things. Some things were good until I found out what they really were. In this case, this is just not great. In the end, I just dumped it.

Well, I jumped on the sale that Ashley from Happy Plates is having and omg... she made meal prepping so enjoyable and easy! We made beet hummus, quinoa rainbow salad, burrito bowls with hempeh (so good) spaghetti squash instead of rice and cashew sour cream, adaptogenic energy balls. I'm beyond relieved that I'll be eating nutrient-dense foods next week, and that I learned a bit about meal prepping so now it's not feeling quiete as totally scary as before. Everything here is made from scratch and you can taste it...fresh, legit, and done right. The crew was laid-back, and one of the owners happened to be there. Normally I don't trust breakfast potatoes--they're usually filler--but these converted me. Seasoned right, crispy edges, and I actually finished them. That says a lot.
