Of course, they wanted me to come back for a second mammogram, which would have shown the same result. Then I would have gotten a biopsy, which would have shown a negative result. Or not. I believe at some point, when you keep squashing and poking around, eventually you will get a cancer diagnosis. First off, so easy to find parking and they're not charging you $10 plus to go see a doctor. I find that ridiculous in other medical buildings. It is so easy to navigate and very clean and calm when you walk in. All the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I walked in to get some bloodwork done, in total, it took less than 10 minutes to check in, get the bloodwork done, WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT! I was so amazed, I couldn't believe it. Another perk of this location is that when you're done, you can come downstairs to a whole-foods and one of my favorite shopping centers. It cannot get any better.

When I called to purchase my final 4 SoftWave treatments, I was told the pricing structure had changed and they would not honor the previous pricing. Even more frustrating, I was informed that I could not use my remaining chiropractic visits because they were required to be used together with the original package. This was never explained to me when I made the purchase, and I wasn't informed of it until I tried to schedule. Unfortunately, the office always felt disorganized. While there was a young man at the front desk who was consistently friendly and professional, my interactions with the billing department were often unpleasant and unwelcoming. I have good insurance coverage for chiropractic care, so I requested superbills for both my chiropractic and SoftWave treatments to submit and see if either might be covered. The office provided these without issue each time I asked. In the end, SoftWave wasn't covered, but it was worth trying. Fast forward a year: I called to inquire about their current SoftWave pricing packages and was shocked when I was told there was a note in my file stating that they would no longer treat me because I had submitted the bills to my insurance company, which they claimed was against their policy. This was the first time I had ever heard of such a policy. I was honestly stunned. First, I was denied the ability to use services I had already paid for, and now I'm being refused treatment altogether.
