I would definitely recommend Karen! It's been a long time that I've been seeing her, and she helped me with my severe neck and back pain. She is so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She takes her time to get to know about you, your concerns and issues. She always makes sure that everyone is okay and no rushed or hurried.   I love this place. They not only give me relief from my back and neck pain, I have also seen noticeable improvement mentally and emotionally. I even arrived at my acupuncture appointment with anxiety, pain and stress and left no anxiety, no/less pain and no stress. I got even more energetic and focused after my sessions with Karen. Her spirit and outlook inspires me. It is a really clean, organized and friendly place. All the staff are so sweet and friendly, and they go above and beyond to help you. If you are looking to treat any neck/back pain, headache, nausea, depression, anxiety, infertility and etc. I strongly recommend acupuncture and Karen who knows how to handle the treatment correctly.

Pregnancy test

I started seeing Karen for Fertility support in February, my husband and I had been trying for a baby for almost a year with no luck and we wanted to try Acupuncture as a last ditch effort before going to a fertility clinic. After seeing Karen about once a week for 6-7 weeks, we are finally pregnant with our first baby!!! In combination with weekly acupuncture Karen prescribed be with an herbal tincture as well that I took 3 times/day. Acupuncture seemed to be the "secret sauce" for me to getting pregnant and also helped me relax which also helped Im sure. Patrice at the front desk is so sweet and very welcoming when I came in for my appointments. I HIGHLY recommend Karen if you are considering acupuncture for fertility.

Long story short, I ended up having an excision surgery for Stage IV Endometriosis, and it was so bad that I also ended up needing a bowel resection. For being told multiple times during my visits that my pain was due to ovulation, my fibroids weren't an issue (he had women with 12cm fibroids get pregnant), and that the developing cysts on my ovaries were nothing to be concerned about, it was a genuine shock that my situation was so dire. My doctor that did the excision surgery shared that I had a life expectancy of 5-6 years if I had not been treated. With regard to the office experience, it is a shock that his office does not send out appointment reminders. According to his staff, they are too small. Given that my dog groomer, acupuncturist, and my therapist all manage their own schedules and send automated appointment reminders without issue, that is definitely an area of improvement. Especially when I was charged a $50 no show fee for an appointment that I never scheduled. All in all - they tried. However, when a patient is far too complex they should be referred out to another provider, not told that everything is fine and to move on. If it were his family, I doubt he would have taken the same approach as he did with me.

From the beginning, Dr. Arnold made me feel extremely comfortable, safe, and protected. Her approach to care is not only careful and considerate but also deeply reassuring, making the complex processes of IVF and surrogacy feel manageable and less daunting. Ashley, my surrogate case manager, was a pillar of support from the initial sign-up through to after the birth. She consistently made sure I had everything I needed and wanted to maintain a healthy pregnancy. Her attentiveness and support were invaluable. Ana, another key member of the team, was always supportive and helpful. Her communication skills are excellent, ensuring that I was well-informed and confident in each step of the process. The clinic staff, in general, deserves recognition as well; they always greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed. Their professionalism and friendliness made each visit a pleasant experience. While the clinical care was Excellent, There were a few instances where the communication and attitude around the financial aspects posed a challenge. Some additional clarity and simplicity in these processes would have made the experience smoother and more accommodating. Overall, my journey at CACRM was incredibly positive, and I am profoundly grateful to the entire team for their expertise, kindness, and dedication. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering surrogacy.

Our experience with San Diego Fertility Center, and especially with Dr. Park, was truly exceptional…read moreand ended up being one of the most important decisions we made in our entire surrogacy journey. We first met Dr. Park at the Men Having Babies conference in 2022. In a short 15-30 minute consultation, she made an immediate impression. She has this rare combination of being calm, warm, energetic, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely caring all at once. Even though she had never met us before and had no reason to know for sure that we would ever work together, she took real time to understand who we were, the family we were trying to build, and offered thoughtful guidance without any pressure. It felt sincere and personal, not transactional. That impression stayed with us. Fast forward a couple of years. When we were ready to start the process, we initially chose an IVF clinic closer to our egg donor for logistical convenience. While location matters, it's not everything. That experience turned out to be awful for both us and our egg donor. We were able to create embryos, but the process itself was terrible, and we couldn't imagine continuing there for the transfer to our surrogate. Without hesitation, we knew where we wanted to go. Remembering how amazing Dr. Park and the SDFC team had been, there was no question. We decided to transfer our embryos across the country to them. We had concerns about the safety of transporting frozen embryos, but we learned that it's actually very common and safe when done with reputable companies. We were willing to take that step because we refused to stay with the previous clinic. From the moment SDFC became involved, the difference was night and day. The entire team was extraordinarily organized, responsive, and invested. We always knew exactly who to contact for what. No one ever felt rushed or unavailable. Every question was taken seriously. Every step was explained clearly. No one ever seemed too busy. It genuinely felt as though they were walking the journey with us, not just managing a case. When an unexpected issue arose with outside lab work, they immediately stepped in, helped us navigate alternatives, and stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. At every point, they were calm, proactive, and protective of the people involved. We had heard that San Diego Fertility Center had a reputation as one of the premier clinics in the country. We had also heard that about other "premier" clinics, only to find that in some cases it was more marketing than reality. In our experience, SDFC's reputation is not hype. It is earned, and Dr. Park and the entire team truly live up to it. What stood out most was how deeply they cared, not just clinically, but humanly. Our embryo transfer was successful, and we now have our beautiful four-month-old daughter who is thriving. After working with multiple providers across this journey, San Diego Fertility Center doesn't just rank at the top, it is the top. If we ever pursue another journey, there is no question we would return to them. If you're considering IVF, surrogacy, or embryo transfer, especially as part of the LGBTQ+ community or if you're traveling from out of state, I cannot recommend Dr. Park and the team at San Diego Fertility Center enough. They are phenomenal, and we are forever grateful.

It's difficult to condense all of the appreciation I have for Reproductive Partners into a single…read morereview. My gestational carrier is currently 14 week and 5 days pregnant and this would not have been possible without the entire team at Reproductive Partners. The clinic's comprehensive, empathetic, innovative, and patient-centered care is unmatched. My experience began when I met Dr. Whynott. She was a true God-send. Dr. Whynott diagnosed and treated two causes of infertility that no other provider had identified in the 14 years prior of TTC. She is the reason I was willing to give IVF a chance. She helped me regain hope that I thought was lost. I did egg retrieval, embryo creation, and FET. I was matched with Vivian, my clinical coordinator and second God-send. She and her co-clinical coordinator, Brittnie, were so responsive, so informative, and so comforting through each intervention. They were always a step ahead and available and willing to attend to my concerns, both big and small. Dr. Whynott made it possible for her to be the provider to complete my egg retrieval. I will forever be grateful for this as I was initially quite hesitant to even attempt using my own follicles. My RN in the surgery center, Alex, was a perfect match for my needs and preferences. She provided thorough informed consent and ensured all was well before I was sent home. The anesthesia caused me to become quite emotional in the recovery space. Alex was patient and helped me transition back to full alertness for a safe discharge. The entire embryology team was fantastic. Even as attrition occurred post-retrieval (as expected), every embryologist and tech was encouraging and kind and able to answer every one of my many questions. I know that from follicles to euploid embryos to transfer, the team handled my tiniest dreams with the upmost care and diligence. I would not have had the excellent outcome I had without their work "behind the scenes." Every time I walked into the clinic doors, I was greeted by name by the best front desk staff. Seeing Ashlyn and Cece in the lobby immediately alleviated any stress or anxiety I had in anticipation to the appointment. They had the most gentle dispositions paired with the biggest smiles. I loved chatting with them briefly before and after appointments. Not only did they know my name, they knew the name of every other patient in the lobby. That's a rare quality that set the tone for a welcoming and inclusive care environment. The clinical team also greeted me by name. They were invested in my wellbeing beyond the success of intervention. Amelia, Cece, Jaiqi, Morgan (I hope I'm not missing anyone) are exceptional. It was a great comfort to have them alongside me (and eventually alongside my gestational carrier and me) at each visit. Savannah, Tia, and other admin staff were vital in onboarding my gestational carrier with the clinic and making the transition to the OB smooth. Of course, I'd be remiss to exclude the other physicians in the practice. I believe I met all but two of the physicians during my care. Dr. Agarwal's commitment to patients is inspiring. He was exceptional in describing what he saw on ultrasound or during exam. I think Dr. Agarwal is the perfect provider for this specialty. His temperament and experience is an asset to every patient and to the clinic as a whole. Dr. Duleba reminded me of my late father. Reserved but fully engaged and thoughtful in explanation. He's highly accomplished but equally humble. He made me feel safe as a patient. I am grateful for the contributions he has made in increasing understanding of PCOS. Dr. Su brings great energy and experience to patient care. It's obvious that quality of care is her priority. She, especially, was the provider my gestational carrier needed. Dr. Garzo took time and care to ensure both my gestational carrier and I understood what was seen on ultrasound following the discovery of a hematoma. He provided excellent education regarding follow up and anticipatory guidance. I wish my gestational carrier and I had the opportunity to see him more than once. Dr. Whynott partnered with me each step in this process. She saw me as a person, as a woman who desperately desired motherhood for many years. She was honest in sharing information and was respectful of my healthcare choices. I dream of bringing this baby to meet Dr. Whynott, Vivian, and the whole team. I could not have asked for a better IVF experience and will forever hold the upmost gratitude in my heart for Reproductive Partners.

Everything is incredibly organized, and the level of service is exceptional. They remember the little details about you, and you can feel that they truly have your best interests at heart. She feels like a warm hug -- steady, reassuring, and deeply compassionate. Brittney Gregg, our care coordinator, has been amazing. She is responsive, authentic, and has stood by our side through our million questions and even more emotions. We always know we can count on her. Our incredible nurses: Amelia -- truly a gem of a human. We adore her. Jiaqi -- pro-level blood draw skills and always remembers me. Morgan -- kind, attentive, and wonderful in every interaction. Cece -- always smiling and so sweet. The front desk superstars: Ashlyn -- the clinic's front door couldn't be in better hands. She sets the tone with such warmth. Cece -- a checkout and billing superstar who always goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Sharon -- I can't imagine a more perfect person to greet you at the surgery center. And the surgery center staff: Tawny -- immediately eased my nerves and made me feel safe. Leann, the anesthesiologist -- warm, detail-oriented, and clear about what to expect. No surprises, just reassurance. And last, but not least, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the SNACK RACK. The Cheez-Its, the Nutri-Grain bars, the popcorn. On my worst days, that snack rack is always there -- and honestly, sometimes that little bit of comfort makes all the difference. I'm sure there are many more amazing people I'm forgetting, but truly, we love this clinic. We had a consultation at another clinic before finding this one, and the difference was night and day. My wife and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our care, and we're so grateful to be on this journey with this team.

(if there are any medical negligence lawyers, can you please look into this place?). This is the WORST clinic I have ever been to -- however because they reel you in with treatments & your time, you are stuck with the provider who constantly takes without giving. You can see by the reviews here, that they are trash. Irene, the receptionist is probably the worst of them here & purposely says things to infuriate you, an example- Me: So one of the consults got cut short due to a disconnection, can you please assist me in rescheduling & waiving that payment? I got cut off during my appointment with Dr. Morales because of bad a connection & rescheduled the appointment, to which they billed over $100 to my insurance twice & asked me to pay the deposit twice. Not only that, but they were going through some changes so they forgot to inform me of my results, & I went to a different fertility clinic that was so much better but informed me it would be best to stick with one since they already performed so many procedures, so I reluctantly came back here & they told me since it has been almost a year I would need to restart ALL the procedures again (& pay the same original amount) from their lack of structure. I honestly may gather all the ladies here to get their experience & potentially see what we can do because this place should not be allowed to treat customers this way. On top of that, I was speaking with Keila who sent me all the information & was emailing back & forth with her, to which she stopped responding abruptly without even an automated email saying she would be away. I contacted the fertility clinic after a month of no response & this was what IRENE told me: "You should just directly email our public email because when employees are not in the office you won't get a response" -- I don't think that's the proper way to respond to a customer, but also, they should have an automated email set up so I know to reach out to their public email since Keila WAS originally responding to me & handling my case.
