My airplane hanger needed to be pressure washed outside. It is 2500 square foot building, 50 feet high. When we agreed on a project, there was no hesitation and delays to start on it. The hanger was professionally cleaned with no delays. Besides pressure washing it, there was the area that he pointed out that needed to be repaired which was very helpful to me. The hanger looks very clean and impressive. Will definitely have Flexible Washing in mind when we do it next time.

Highly recommend Flexible Washing for pressure washing projects. The owner, Stan is very…read moreprofessional and friendly. Our facility was in dire need of professional power washing. Less than two years earlier a local power washing vendor was hired to power wash the facility. Initially we were satisfied with the results, however, it wasn't too many months afterwards that the facility needed to another power washing. Stan drove by our facility and noticed that there was a need for power washing. He offered his services so we requested a quote for the project to power wash the exterior of a 51,000 square foot building, sidewalks, a tall driveway over hang, and two marquee signs. The quote from Flexible Washing was significantly less than the price of the previous pressure washing project. Not only was the quote less, it was evident from day one that Stan was a true professional and knew his craft. Stan was very meticulous, thorough and respectful of the property. Stan remained in constant communication with the property manager during the entire project ensuring he was aware of the areas where Stan would work each day. This open communication allowed us the opportunity to inform employees in advance to avoid the areas where the power washing would occur. Stan completed the project in less time than quoted. The finished product turned out better than expected. It has been four months since the project was completed and we are very impressed with the finished product. We will most definitely request Flexible Washing for any future pressure washing projects.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Cody to get gutter guards installed for our gutter system…read more I had initially reached out for a quote through a yelp project request and he was prompt to respond. Not only that, but he provided a high level of detail in his responses, which was much appreciated given that it's a new experience for us. He displayed the same level of professionalism when he came out to our house for the in-person consultation. We did not feel pressured at any point during the process. On the day of the installation, Cody came out with his partner Terry. They were both on time and got right to it after explaining the steps they'll be taking to do the job. Interestingly, they were so quiet walking on the roof that I did not even realize they were up there until after they had already started cleaning out the gutters. It took about 2 hours for the cleaning and another 4 hours for the installation. I actually walked on the roof with Cody afterwards and it was clear that they took pride in their work. I really appreciated their diligence and attention to detail. They even cut the guards to accommodate the brackets that I had installed for my security cameras! I would highly recommend Cody and his team at Gleaming Gutters if you're looking for good quality work, great customer service, and excellent pricing.
