I was very disappointed in the job that Byron did on our windows. He used a long handled spray to…read morewash the outside of the upstairs windows and it left drips on the master bedroom windows. Two of the upstairs windows, at either end of the house, have angled windows above the main windows. It looks as if those have not been touched. There are still small spider webs in the corners of those windows on the inside. The new living room window has streaks in it and the upper corners weren't cleaned at all. The window over the staircase still has cobwebs on it and the upstairs bathroom center window has a streak on the inside which I was able to partly remove just with my finger! I would certainly not recommend this man for this kind of job. I note that the good review that was posted was way back in 2013. He has obviously gone seriously down hill since then. My husband has called him twice to speak to him and left messages. He has not returned the calls. Don't use him! I
