I had the absolute worse experience with this company and will NEVER call them or recommend them to anyone. After being told a tow truck would arrive within 20 - 30 minutes, an hour later the tow truck arrived and immediately the driver refused to tow my van because the broken undercarriage would "scratch his flatbed". The driver told me I should have called Myers towing because "they would have been here in minutes" and "they can tow that". He offered nothing else but "Good luck" and left us with a broken-down van in the rain. And in the end, he was right, Myers towing was there in minutes and got my van on his flatbed without issue; no special equipment was needed. The driver for Myers even knew the exact person who refused to help me by name and told me many stories of how that driver has refused to help others leaving them on the side of the road. Just disgusting how Prime Time Towing left myself and elderly father with no help. Shameful of you to employee someone like that and continue to allow that behaviour from him under your company's name. Avoid this company at all cost! read more

I got quick service. I called, and there was no "premium charge" for coming on a Saturday like another company I called. They arrived in about 20 minutes. I asked about the $40 tow on yelp and they said they had asked yelp to take their business down. They didn't give it to me for $40 but the service was still good and quick. read more

Worst company ever called for tow took 2.5 hrs driver old man got thier was rude tried hooking up car hit the front bumper car slipped off ask if he knew what he was doing and if he was new he rudely said yes I do I been doing this for years just ingnorant and un professonal do not recommend this company what so ever. I would never call them agian. Cheep rates or not spend the extra 20 bux and call someone else I give this one -5 stars very poor service don't be fooled. read more

I drove into a drainage ditch today by accident because it was partly in front of a driveway where I had delivered an antique bench...the driver who came to help me not only quickly removed my SUV from its awkward situation safely but then tested my vehicle by taking it for a test drive before he allowed me to drive it.I can't thank RAAD enough for his reassuring professional help. So grateful for the kind, professional service from Logan & Scottie. Came to tow when car totaled by deer hit on 401 and they stayed with us 2 hours on Hwy while waiting for a ride, reassured us about the process and made it a pleasure to deal with them for days following as we sorted thru insurance & OPP. The number wrecker driver is a lying bum and a lying piece of shit and will steal your vehicle and bring to excess metals without permission so I strongly suggest calling a different towing company and their trucks are garbage and always break down and never do the job that the trucks are suppose to do read more

I locked my keys in my car this morning and called around a few places who either wanted too way over charge or wait 1hr for some one to come out. Prime Time saved the day again, they were at my car in less then 20min and the guy that came out was was gentle with my car and reassuring. read more

Car broke down at 5:30 am before heading to work. Spoke with one of the dispatchers. Very quick to respond and picked up my car at 5:40 and dropped it off at my mechanic. Was able to make it to work on time via taxi. Will recommend to friends. read more
