That being said, the 6 oz steak that came with the crab legs (surf and turf) was way overcooked. I ordered the 12oz boneless ribeye. While it was cooked medium rare like I ordered, the fat was unrendered and several pieces were very chewy as a result. It was hard to cut on a metal plate. The caramelized onions were far from being caramelized; they were under seasoned and undercooked (still crispy). There was a pile of way overcooked green beans on the plate that had no seasoning. Who uses mushy green beans as a garnish? We wanted to love our experience. Overall it was okay. The food fell flat from our expectations.
