HORRIBLE customer service. I called weeks ago to RESERVE tables and chairs. The lady said: no need to don't worry we got you, we got them. I TRIED to pay ahead of time and she wouldn't let me. Come baby shower day, I called when they opened and asked just calling to say we spoke a few weeks ago to pick up the chairs and tables. She said we're out of the tables you want. I said you ASSURED ME you'd have them. You said. She said we only have round. So I said ok I guess I'll take them. THEN SHE said WE CANT DELIVER because YOU DIDNT RESERVE THEM OR PAY AHEAD OF TIME TO RESERVE THEM. I told her you specifically told me I don't have to!!! What the hell is wrong with this company!! They don't know what they're doing. Don't get anything from these guys!! The back and forth almost caused me to give premature birth!! Any stress I feel and I've been sent to the hospital already twice for premature contractions. What the hell is wrong with you people!! Found this place on Facebook. I Called 3 days before my party, thinking it would be to late, a lady picked up and said she had what I needed a boy bounce house, I pick toy story. Then she said she would text me later. She did and sent me a photo of the jumper, I said yes this is the one, she asked for my address and told her what day. Thinking everything was okay, the day of the party I was waiting and waiting... nothing. I texted when they were coming... nothing. Then I call and someone picks up and passes he phone to someone else I asked where they were and she says did you go to the website and put down a deposit? I said nobody told me to, you only ask for an address. And she hangs up! Then I call back and it rings and rings and rings no one picked up. I can't believe it. This place is ridiculous. She could have handled it so differently, like given me a discount for half a day, or something?! Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time. read more

This is a terrible place to rent party stuff from. 1st of all they make it very difficult to contact and get ahold of anyone. They quoted me one price and tried to charge me 25$ more when I called to pay. They showed up with my tables and chairs the night before my wedding and didn't bring the table clothes.and when they did it was at 930 at night. They told me they would pi k up the stuff Monday and showed up Sunday when nothing was prepared for them to pick up. Bad business and bad customer service all around. read more

I placed a reservation for 125 chairs for June 11. Called in the next morning to cancel the reservation and was told I would receive my deposit back within 2 days. No deposit was return. Called several times and was told she would look into it and call me back. I had to continue to call. I then received a copy of the invoice over a week later and the bottom states there will be no refunds. I was never told that over the phone. The did not return my money. I've tried to reach out to this place to get party decor for my wedding reception and they are never there. They have a storefront with posted business hours but have been closed during those hours every time I drive by. We rented a few chairs and tables and they over charged us. They told us they would return the money to our card. It has been 2 weeks and no refund. They told us we can come to the store and get the refund cash but they don't stick to their store hours. It says 8am to 5pm weekdays and we came before 4pm and they were closed. When we came to drop off the chairs and tables there was no one there, we had to call someone. I would not recommend, will not be using them ever again! I was super impressed with Prime Time Party Rentals. Before our event, Celia sent me all the paperwork I requested right away, text me with event day contact information and was always on top of things when I needed to tweak what I needed for the event. They arrived bright and early on event day and were very mindful of the timeframe we had to set everything up. Octavio was friendly, professional, and double checked with us to make sure he came back at the right time to take everything down. They were priced a little lower than some of the other competitors in the area, but it did not mean the skimped on quality or service. They don't even deserve 1 star.. The Lady that owns this place has lack of customer service. She was very rude and inconsiderate. I was supposed to pick up my 35 chairs and 4 tables and she tells me the day of they don't allow pick ups anymore and they can delivery for 40.00. I live less then 5 minutes away. Never got a call from them saying their rules had changed. Inconsistent with pricing. Met them at the The Blvd. Quotes one price, go in to the actual business and the quote the price jumps by $65. Dollars. Tried getting quotes via phone, was told I'd be sent a text with photos and prices, never came. Woman states one price man says another. Not a reputable business at all. Buyer beware. read more

I always always book all my party rentals through Prime Time Party Rentals..and our guests love the huge bouncy houses and snow cone machine. They also have a large variety of bouncy houses and inflatable slides (and water slides). Celia and Tavo (the owners) are wonderful people. I have recommended their business to many of my friends. We rented a 40'x60' tent for a wedding they showed up and setup the tent no problem. The next morning they showed up at 8:30am but told us they would be there at 3:00pm to take it down so we had to wake up and scramble to get things ready for them to take it down. Monday morning I noticed a spot in my fence was leaning heavily towards my neighbors yard so I went out to look and found that the 4x4 post was split and there was a tie down hole right there so I called to report the damage and the lady told me it was not them it was the wind and she was there when they took down the tent and they did not damage the fence. Well she was not there on Sunday I had a bunch of people at the house helping clean up after the wedding and not one saw her. She said I'll call you back after talking to her crew and guess what no call. She said I'll have my husband call you and guess what no call. She finally agreed to come out and look at the damage and guess what never showed. We do have some strong wind out here but I have never seen the wind crack a 4x4 and break the concrete fill. So she basically is saying tought shit deal with the damage yourself. Now my neighbor is pissed and I'm left holding the bag of crap they created. I would avoid doing business with them due to the gamble you take... if you have no issues then they are happy if you do have a problem then they tell you tought shit we for your money so fuck off. read more

I rented from this company and had to pay in advance and was told if it is raining I didn't have to pick up the the jumper and so the weekend of the party it was raining and I did not pick up the jumper and they said 2 times they would refund and they never did and it's been almost 2 months. I am very disappointed with my service with this company. The customer service was terrible. I attempted to rent tables and chairs for repass after my grandfather's funeral. The woman I spoke with was aware that we were having my grandfather's funeral that day and assured me she would have them delivered on time. The tables and chairs were so late arriving on time that I called to cancel because our guests had finished their meals. When I attempted to cancel, the woman I spoke to was very rude, and hung up on me twice. I told her I wouldn't pay for services I didn't receive and she agreed to not charge me but low and behold she charged the full price for the tables chairs and delivery $59. This was not a stress I wanted to deal with that day. I don't recommend anyone use this company. There are several other businesses in the area you can get better services from. Please don't waste your time with this one. read more

I would NEVER EVER do business with this place again! Customer service was horrible! I called 661 538-1462 to order tables and chairs. Called a few hours later to see if I could speed up the delivery time. The lady who answered the phone said she could not. I was fine with that. What I was not fine with was when the delivery time had passed and our tables and chairs weren't there. At that point we didn't need the tables and chairs anymore so I called to cancel the order. The lady who answered the phone was completely unprofessional! She wouldn't even let me finish explaining why we wanted to cancel before she HUNG UP on me. I called her like 5 times afterward and she sent me to straight to voicemail. Finally she answered and said she would cancel it but at the end she said something like " I should've have delivered it to you anyways!" And then HUNG up on me for the second time! Well....you didn't deliver it to me! Who treats customers that way? A company that has RUDE people answers their phone is not ever gonna to be a successful business. ZERO stars if I could. read more
