They were actually open at 6:50 when I arrived. They were still letting people in as I was leaving. I'm so glad they no longer close 1/2 hour early. I forgot about this place because of the closing early issue and the lack of response from their corporate headquarters. Yes, I called! Anyway, I came here and was able to get what I wanted and leave. And I didn't overstay my welcome. I forgot that they have these fruits and veggies that I have been buying in Berkeley, because they close at the time they say they are closing. It is fine in there. I like that it's not cramped. They have a large selection of fruits and veggies. They also have the bags of beans and rice that we occasionally buy. The small selection of canned or boxed goods are not my go to items, but they have a nice selection. They have upgraded their POS system so I can use my phone wallet app to pay for things. I like this place - right next to the San Pablo library - they always have fresh fruit and vegetables and it's priced fairly. They have boba tea for $2.50 and it's not bad (not great either) - but for $2.50 - we couldn't be mad lol. They also have eggs, milk and cheese and they give you free items when you purchase over $10... amazing! read more

The customer service here is terrible. It seems like half of the girls in retail are getting payed to gossip since its more important than prioritizing the customers consuming here including myself. Besides the fact of their attitudes. It seems to be a problem when interrupted while chit chatting with one another. Is how MsGloria(oneoftheworkers) made myself feel in my visit at this location, never again. I wont be surprise somebody checks that female and that disgusting attitude of hers. I am very disappointed it happens to me here and in the one in concord. I always do curbside pickup Bc I have a 1yr old and it's convenient for me with this COVID I don't like to expose my son or myself like that. My lemons, Brussels sprouts and bananas were bad and I didn't realize until I got home! I came here one day to use my WIC vouchers and the worker was absolutely unprofessional. Beyond unprofessional I couldnt even believe her behavior. She kept answering the phone to have a personal conversation and continued to let the entire line wait on her conversation. And the conversation was not brief it literally lasted over 5 min. She did not apologize at all to anyone and carried on in a non chalant way. When I finally got up to the counter she kept answering the phone carrying on her personal conversation!!! It was not business related at all. Are you kidding me. She did not care at all and continued to talk even after I was glaring at her. Being pregnant they have no bathroom there and I had to use the bathroom badly but she continued to take her sweet @$$ time. I also noticed she had her son and what looked like her sons dad come into the business and even interacted with them during my transaction. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time read more

Prime Time Nutrition has wonderful selections of produce and quick eats. One way I budget better and eat healthier is by getting their salads, wraps, and fruits. I love how there's a special every week for when you spend $10 or more, like a bag of avocados, blueberries, etc. Also, this is the first Prime Time that includes a coffee shop, and the prices are so affordable. I cannot believe that a huge frappe is only $3.50! And their drip coffee and lattes are bar none to other coffee shops. Amazing!!! read more

The groceries always go bad really fast and there is a short lady with glasses that is always rude when I go there. She did not say hello when I said hi when I was next in line . The young girls that work in this location really lack in customer service skills. They are far from friendly, do not greet the customer upon arrival, and stand around talking as they ignore the customers. They are very rude and do not offer any help. They seem like they do not want to be there, and would rather talk about their plans for the weekend then provide good customer service. read more

I'm not a mother or anything but I thinks this store is a great step in the right direction to addressing access to healthy and affordable fruits a veggies. I went today and saw they had affordable prices. The best part is that they accept WIC. Their selection is rather small but it's definitely a lot more fruits and veggies than your typical liquor store (which is approximately the size of this place). The stuff also looks pretty fresh. I would recommend to anyone in the area... especially mothers. I didn't personally see any meats but I did see a coffee shop. I'm assuming that's catered more to the people who go to the library next door. read more

Not only is their store REALLY clean, they have the best customer service that I've gotten from the locations I've been to. I was helped by a cashier named Gloria and she was great!!! There's this girl that's short and have glasses and she's the mean one, she was very rude to my daughter and called her ugly but I get it she's is kinda ugly but the other employees were really sweet and nice AND RESPECTFUL, This employees her name is Alexa she's the sweetest and nicest person I've ever met gave my daughter a parfait for only $1 and she got happy because she loves parfait. They have great food in the store. They had great drinks and some are room temperature and some are cold . I wanted to give them a tip but there was no jar. Daniela she is the most amazing person in the store as well because she called my daughter pretty and she called my grandson cute. Daniela can keep my daughter because they look alike. She also gave me a free avocado because I didn't had enough money to buy it.I wanted to give Alexa and Daniela a huge huge big tip but like I said there was no jar. If it wasn't for them I would've give the store a 4 or a 3.Overall I'm going to rate this a 5.I won't let the girl with the glasses be rude my daughter and next time I see her I will talk with her manager. read more

I'm a customer of Prime Time Nutrition because of the convenience of them knowing the WIC applicable offerings. However, this location is just like shopping at Safeway or Lucky's. You have to get your own products and in my modest opinion not worth the drive if it won't be given the level of service other Prime Time locations offer. read more
