I also feel the nutritionist wasn't compassionate towards my weight loss struggles. I have honestly received more support with Weight Watchers then with this program. Dr. Sunkara examined me, confirmed the need for PT, and is guiding me in my journey to improve my shoulder function w/out the need for surgery. She also helped with my more recent knee injury providing medication and working with the staff to provide me with a brace and physical therpay with laser therapy.
