Here it flooded 3 ft high in unit 3 weeks ago and they never called me. I went inside and was told "oh sorry we knew some units flooded but not over there. Sorry call your insurance company". What I lost was more personal value then money. Wedding stuff, pictures, shoes. The sad thing when I got my stuff out of there the same day. I lost a lot because of mold. If they would have called I could have saved my stuff. But as I was driving out you could see dirt and water stains on other units and know. They did not call any of those people and how long will it be until they found there stuff. Just plain money hungery.
