Phill really took great care of us and had both our SUV's lookin like new after some hard living with two young kids. I feel very confused by the negative review I saw - I had an outstanding experience with Prime Shiners. I would say the price was fair more than a bargain, however it was easily the most thorough detailing I've ever received. For example, I initially felt confused by a pet hair charge on my bill, but then I realized he had gotten the dog hair out from deep in between the seats that had been there since before I bought this car used from the dealer.
