We had Prime Shiners come today to detail our BMW i3. It was easy to make the appointment and their communication afterwards re timing was good. Victor is the service person who came and he did a fabulous job! He was also very personable and polite. He spent a good amount of time cleaning and polishing the car. The seats were stained and he was able to get 95% of the stain out - remarkable. I was surprised he was able to get them as clean as he did. When Victor was finished we went over every detail. He was very careful to clean every surface well. We discussed buffing out the hood because there are scratches and I decided to do that as an add on. I'm glad I did, it looks great. Will definitely be using Primer Shiners again, without a doubt. read more

I highly recommend Prime Shiners. I requested 3x cars (1x Sedan, 1x Van, and 1x Truck) to be cleaned and they look like new! It was extremely easy to request and schedule the appointment (note that if you have a van or truck you need to schedule it for SUV and they will adjust). Payment was also very easy since you get a link via text or email and you pay / tip them. Jonathan detailed the Van and Sedan (exterior and interior) on Friday (took him 6-7hrs, but he was extremely respectful and even showed me if there were any concerns that I needed to know. Victor detailed the truck exterior and polished several spots that had numerous scratches on Saturday. He would check with me if the polished areas were good and if there was anything that he could also look at. Both Jonathan and Victor were extremely professional and I would reach out again when my vehicles need cleaning again. read more

I can't recommend Jonathan enough for his incredible car detailing work (interior and exterior.) My car had been sitting unused in an outdoor parking space for 5 years, collecting gunk, tree sap, cob webs, dust, etc. It was in desperate need of a Deep clean, and Jonathan absolutely delivered. Even though my car is 15 years old, Jonathan gave it a make over. Let's be clear - it doesn't look brand new, but it looks WAY better than before. If your car needs some serious TLC, Jonathan is your guy. Excellent work, attention to detail, and great results. Highly recommend! read more

I had a great experience with Prime Shiners. Peter was extremely helpful and very communicative when I was scheduling the service. John was extremely warm and friendly when her came to detail my car. He did an impeccable job cleaning my car, both inside and out. read more

I'm pretty tidy with my car-- typically vacuum it on my own, no clutter or trash-- but I decided to get it detailed for the first time since it's never been properly shampooed since I got it. I found Prime Shiners on Yelp and am so happy with their service. Peter is a homie!! Peter was able to fit me into their schedule on the same day I reached out. Since I'm in an apartment complex, he graciously offered to find a location near me that would work for mobile interior detailing. They didn't need a water or power source, just to park my car and leave it unlocked. They went waaaay above and beyond my expectations. Every corner is cleaned, without a speck of dust or residue. Spotless under the seats and on the ceiling and everything. I literally went up to my apartment, played video games for 1.5 hours, and received a text that it was done (fast...!). I thought my car was clean before, but it's actually like new now LOL. Even had a lovely new car scent afterwards. TY to Peter and team!!! read more

I highly recommend Prime Shiners. Their attention to detail and communication were on point. I booked an appointment online and received a text message and email right away to confirm my appointment and some details of my car situation and location. A couple days before my appointment, Peter reached out confirming my appointment and concerns of my parking situation which was a tight and tough spot to work with without blocking street traffic but we found a spot and made it work. Peter and his assistant took care of my car right away. They shampooed the interior of my car. On the seats, it had dry throw up, dry ice cream, dry orange chicken sauce, and unpleasant smells. They made it look and smell like-brand new again. The sand, dirt, and hair from the car are gone and they even cleaned my rubber shoe mats in the passenger, front seat, and back seats. The glove department had crumbs and dry coffee creamer stuck to the tight corners and they managed to remove all the crumbs and creamer. They removed all the crust from the gear stick and even the lining of the stick. The exterior of my car had bird droppings and a slightly thick layer of dust from the morning fog and dirt throughout the days. My headlights have not been restored for over 9 years and I can finally see the details of my headlights again. They even put a finish gloss to protect the headlights from getting the yellow coating layer and made me aware to not touch the headlights for the next 48 hours. They cleaned and shined my mirrors. I am very happy with service and product! I wish I took before and after photos! read more

Great experience. We had a car that was really in need of some serious TLC. The person who came went above and beyond. Super nice and extremely worth it. read more

Got a full exterior and interior detail. My car has not had a thorough cleaning since I bought my Tesla Model 3 in 2018 and was crusty from kids eating and spilling in the back. Scheduling is convenient with a few clicks and Peter then followed up promptly with a text. Jonathan showed up and was very friendly and polite. He spent 5.5 hours on my car and was able to remove all stains, caked on liquids, ground in sand in carpet. I was especially impressed they were able to remove many scratches I had around the car as well. Pricing is transparent and as stated on their website. read more

Jonathan completely transformed my car! He was meticulous, thorough, and super friendly. I wasn't expecting to get such amazing service same day and was extremely satisfied. Great communication and value. Highly recommend Prime Shiners! read more

I was so insecure about my car. I have 2-3 kids in my car at any given time. I often commute which means I am eating in my car. Everyone has spilled something at least once. And then the interior roof / ceiling of my car had random stains, marks, and splatters everywhere. I still don't know how or from what ! My car is a 2021 and still in good condition. I am a professional and use my car all of the time. I knew it was time for me to get it detailed. I have wanted to do this for over a year but couldn't find the time and didn't know if the money spent would be worth it. Then I found this place on Yelp. Best part was they came to be so it didn't take any of my time. While he was cleaning my car I was working. When I saw my car and the time I saved I knew it was worth it. I would hire them again and recommend them to others. read more

Great service from start to finish. Quick booking in 1 day, showed up on time and did a great job. Definitely will call again!

Scheduled and they showed up promptly on time, payment was via invoice after the service was over, and they were easy to communicate with leading up to the cleaning! They were super thorough as well. Would definitely use their services again read more

I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a detail! They provide excellent service and results. My Prius had suffered 2 years of abuse from kids, dogs, commutes with spilled coffee and extra sandy beach trips. It was pretty darn gross and they came to my rescue. Victor was thorough and attentive to every detail, as well as friendly and communicative. My car went from a wreck to looking brand new. It's an investment but well worth it when you need it. read more

Same day appointment. Peter was great! Very thorough, this is the best the car has looked in 10 years.

Victor was wonderful. He was very attentive, detail oriented and answered any questions I had. I requested the car to be waxed, detailed and it came out perfect by the time he was finished. Great price, great service, highly recommend read more

I've hired this company a few times to do interiors and their attention to detail is off the charts- the cars looked brand new after!

OMG they did an amazing job!!! Getting this car back up and running was my husbands "Covid" project. So after 4 years of sitting in the car port you could only imagine how dirty the interior was. After a quick search on Yelp came across Prime Shiners. They replied back promptly with pricing and details of what is included and actually had same day availability. The pricing was better than anyone else who responded. The guys came right on time. Very easygoing and not pushy sales guys. They promptly got to work. The end result was truly amazing! My Husband and I are already planning to find another time for them to come out to get our other cars done. See the end result in the picture attache. I would totally recommend them. read more

My 2017 car had never been detailed before, so I requested deep interior cleaning, exterior, and engine wash. The technician, Phil, arrived exactly 2 minutes before the promised time, went straight to work, and did an exceptionally good job throughout. My car truly did look beautiful, and "like new." Pedram (manager) followed up with me to make sure I was pleased with the quality of the work. Every aspect of their service was outstanding. Considering Phil's thoroughness and the beauty of the finished product, I'd say the price was justified and good value. read more

Phill really took great care of us and had both our SUV's lookin like new after some hard living with two young kids. One of our cars hard recently brought us skiing and we had two car sick kids throw up in it on the way home.. we had tried to clean it and got most of the puke out but it was still in pretty rough condition. Not only did phill not complain he actually made us feel better about how bad a state the car was in and was really easy to work with. Quick responses and amazingly same day delivery. Excellent communication and questions before the start of detailing via messages. I had thought I have no access to water or electricity, but found both. Car experienced a total transformation. I got in-depth cleaning for the insides and quick wash to the exterior. Fantastic service Fantastic work done in a short time. I asked for my headlights to be restored and they did the work same day within an hour I made the appointment. I feel very confused by the negative review I saw - I had an outstanding experience with Prime Shiners. I would say the price was fair more than a bargain, however it was easily the most thorough detailing I've ever received. For example, I initially felt confused by a pet hair charge on my bill, but then I realized he had gotten the dog hair out from deep in between the seats that had been there since before I bought this car used from the dealer. Not to mention he cleaned my car at my work while I worked. So convenient. Well worth the money. I definitely recommend! read more

Prime Shiners service was excellent, better than I expected! Peter serviced my car and made it look brand new again!! I'm very pleased with the results! Recently, I was gifted a 13 year old car with beige interior that had never been professionally cleaned, and I wanted to invest in a detailing service to make it look and feel as new as possible. I chose Prime Shiners because they were easy to communicate and schedule with, had amazing reviews, and use eco-friendly products. For my service, I got the Sedan Full Package and was matched with the detailer Jonathan who was prompt, friendly, and easy to work with. He really did a fantastic job cleaning my car. I was impressed by how well some of the stains that were over a decade old came out. This service restored the like-new feeling to my car and was well-worth the price. I would highly recommend Prime Shiners and their detailer Jonathan to anyone who is looking for this type of service. read more
